Huntington Hills Golf & Country Club

For starters, I had an 11:20 tee time, I was let out at 11:50 with three groups on the first tee. The starter didn’t even speak to anyone to see what time they had, basically it was a free for all. Course conditions were tolerable but not great, literally a 10-15 minute wait on every tee box, especially the Par 3’s. Got thru 6 holes in 2 hours and 15 minutes as a 2-some (and we are good players). So We just decided to pack it in, went into the pro shop to see about a potential/partial reimbursement because of the awful experience, and the pro shop attendant was not helpful nor polite, as One other player from a separate group was also complaining about the same Problem. Honestly, I am livid and never write poor reviews but this was inexcusable and unacceptable and I would never consider playing here again.

Some of the lies, even in the fairways are very sparse. However, the greens are good and the layout is interesting. I’d recommend the course.

Like this course enough to drive an hour. Open fairways, good tees and greens. Grass is pretty sparse on first two holes in fairway. Clubhouse got me out in the flow nicely as a single

great deal for the money, need to play more than once to know were trouble is in play.

First time playing this course. Wasn’t a bad course. Tee boxes in good shape and so was the greens and sand. Fairways was pretty thin. I played from the whites tees and it was short for me 5800. I wasn’t a huge fan of the layout even though it had some nice holes a lot of them was just ok and tough to know where to play to off the tee. IMO. Course is only 6400 from the tips but would be a challenge with the tight landing areas. Good course for the money but wouldn’t really drive to far to play again. People was nice and they had a practice area with range. We didn’t see a cart person on a Saturday and it was pretty busy.

A well designed variety of golf holes in decent condition.

Played this course with 3 others got a great deal from golf now. BEST FAIRWAYS AND GREENS played this season. Have not played either of the lake jovita courses this year but Huntington hills is the best in the area for under $50 per round. Will definitely be back before I go back north.

Course has a little more grass in the fairways, nice greens.

First two holes lawl you to sleep but after that you better wake up quickly. Great mix of holes with some tricked up like number 5. Difficult to keep the ball in the fairway. Greens are difficult to put with many undulations. Over all a nice course worth playing except for the pace of play

Brother and sister in law got down here from the north, we had a great time. This was first time for them on the course,my fourth. We thought the course was I great shape and really appreciate d the sutleties of the greens. They said they would love to have a member ship there and I concur. Plan to play there with cousins the week of 15th. Pace of play was a little slow on th e front but was better on the back. Highly recommend this course for everyone.

We booked Huntington Hills on the recommendation of a gentleman we talked with while playing Big Cypress South. What a great find!! HH's layout is a fun challenge with a couple of long forced carries, several narrow fairways bordered by marsh & OB, & strategically placed bunkers. The fairway grasses are a bit on the thin side, but it IS winter. The tee boxes are great as are the greens & bunkers. The course is visually appealing & Harry (in the pro shop) couldn't have made us feel more welcome. It's definitely well priced. We'll be playing Huntington Hills again & look forward to it.
