Very impressed with course layout. Can't wait for hot dry days to play this course again.

The facilities are top notch!

The Quarry in Canton is one of the best courses in northeast Ohio public or private. My buddy is a member at Silver Lake and this course blows that away and you don’t have to play membership dues lol. Great greens, generous fairways on most holes and awesome elevation changes make the Quarry a must play!

I played the Quarry on the last Tuesday of April, after a good amount of rain the previous few days. It was also cool, about 50 degrees to start.

I paid online, and I was greeted as I walked up and told I could go anytime, as there was no one ahead of me. Social distancing was not an issue. Also, the cup was set up so your putt could drop, about as deep as the ball and not the normal depth of a cup, so you could retrieve it easily and not touch the pin.

The course was in very good shape overall. It was cart path only, but the only real wet parts were on 15, at the bottom of the hill that doglegs right. The greens were still tricky, albeit a bit slower than normal.

I look forward to playing The Quarry again. Hopefully when it's a little warmer and drier.

What a fun challenge to play a course like this! Great conditions in April. Greens are quick and firm. It’s a true target golf test, so bring your precision ball striking, or at least an extra sleeve of balls. Can’t comment much on pace of play (mostly-empty course as a single in just over 2 hours) or amenities given the pandemic. Will be back!

Super enjoyable round albeit COVID19 influenced as the range and clubhouse were closed. Excellent condition for so early in the year and fun layout. Entertaining course with the elevation changes and hilly terrain. You get to use every club in the bag. Only negative is that it would be a tough course to walk. The pace was great - 3 hour 15 minute round on a Saturday afternoon (1 golfer per cart no doubt helped the pace). Great first time experience - will definitely be back.

I went out by myself and starter was kind enough to allow me to start on back nine on a stacked first tee. The course conditions were amazing for this time of year. Greens rolled very true again, for this time of year. If one positive comes from this Covid issue, I hope courses realize how fast pace of play can be with one person per cart. In and out in less than 3 1/2 hours.

This was my first time playing and I love it. Through golf now i got a very reasonable price to play and i took advantage. Warm friendly wonderful staff great course beautiful layout and awesome greens.

Staff was extremely friendly while practicing the 6 ft rule, especially Troy Schonover. Course was maintained extremely well for early spring golf. Even fairway divots were all sand filled. Cart path only today, got my 10,000 steps in.

This is an excellent test of golf, lots of elevation changes and beautiful vistas. Will be back many times.

Course was in excellent condition. I’ve play 6 different courses this early spring and this was the only course in this pristine condition. Greens were near perfect. Love this course.

NE Ohio has many fine public golf courses. The Quarry is one of the best of this tough competition. Great rating is based on exceptional layout, outstanding architecture and built in challenge. You will be asked to give your best on every shot. The architect did not take a single hole off. If you can play here without losing a ball you've got game. I am willing to overlook a few very small details in upkeep for GREAT layout. Play it!!! The Quarry will become one of your favorites.

My favorite course in Ohio. I love the design. The course has several tees for all skill levels. The views are amazing. I love playing The Quarry!!!

Course is in fantastic shape. Greens were firm and slick and pin positions were tough . A crummy score almost doesn't matter when almost every tee box has a postcard view. Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is good too. You can't go wrong here. If you hit em good or slap em around you will have an incredible day. Love this place

Be fore-warned, it will be a long day if it is cart paths only.

This is one of my favorite courses in Canton! I love the beauty and layout of this course. The staff is so friendly and I recommend it for anybody!!
