Read the prior ratings, course shows signs of some improved conditions. The greens remain in poor conditon, farways have improved either with recent rains or watering. Great course to get out and hit some balls, but hard to gauge your own improvements due to poor greens, uncut rough and over growth.

Driving range is over grown and there was no maint. Working on any opportunities anywhere on the course. Clearly, a retiree owned property not investing into improvements.

The staff continues to be one of the nicest group of people on any course within 75 miles of its location. Need patrons to come play the course more often so invest into improvements make more business sense. I love the layout and it’s always been a plus for the course. Options in the surrounding area are not much better.

Such potential. Such a shame. Would it hurt to mow greens and rough regularly, maintain the cart path, etc??? Great layout, can play 18 quickly, but don’t expect much past that.

Course definitely was a bit rough around the edges, and had very slow greens, but for the price it’s fantastic. Great precision course plays long, and the staff were very friendly. Would 100% play again!

Greens and Fairways were dry but it has been a super dry spring in this part of the country.

This was my fifth time playing Indian Springs. And even after three days of rain, the course was in very good condition. This is a great course for beginners and intermediate skilled players. Very forgiving fairways and greens.

I plan to play this course often in the future.

I really like this course, great layout and great value. Clubhouse folks are always super nice. The conditions this time of year are very challenging because of the heat. Makes for extremely firm and fast greens but it made for a fun day, pars are your friend. Always play to the front number as they will release.

This course could be something special, but course conditions are poor. Greens we’re not in great shape, bumpy and inconsistent.

Not having rain in quite some time the fairways are extremely dry. Otherwise the course was okay. With the dry conditions you did get a lot of roll. The greens were also dry, but ran pretty true. An occasional bump could throw the line off, but overall they were okay. I hope to play again soon.

I really enjoy the the lay out of this course, but he greens are very bumpy. The staff is always very friendly. A Marshall wouldn't be a bad idea. The group in front of us was slow and had no business playing from he tips.

Played serval times and with play again. Nice course.
