Aquarina Country Club
About
Aquarina Country Club sits at the halfway point between Melbourne Beach and Vero Beach with the Atlantic Ocean bordering it on one side and the Indian Ocean on the other. Its beautiful location is at the center of the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge, which is home to an abundance of wildlife that includes sea turtles, osprey, and manatees. You'll have the opportunity to see several different bird species during your round and you may even spot an alligator in one of the ponds. The scenic golf course winds through mangrove marshes and past groves of live oaks. The layout is also routed around eleven different lakes that come into play frequently throughout the course. Accuracy will be rewarded at Aquarina Country Club, but it's not an overly punishing golf course overall.

Aquarina
Love the design. Kind of short but the design made it interesting. Liked having g to take a bos recall to the tee. Will likely go back.
Beautiful course
First time playing and cant wait to go back. It was a nice challenge with a beautiful view. Great flow to the course and never had to wait around.
great course.
My friends and I always enjoy playing at this course. It is always in good conditioned and well maintained.
I recommend Aquarina golf course.
Good fairways, the greens were also in good conditions.
I enjoyed this executive course very much.
I be there again for sure.
Great short game test
Greens were fast and true. Course in great shape. Great test for irons and short game.
Good practice for short game
We booked this course through golfnow without knowing that the greens were over seeded, but the pro shop gave us a reduced rate. The round was going very fast until we got behind some slow groups. If we hadn't had anyone in front of us it would have been very fast. This is a really short course with a few surprises and some water and bunkers. The greens would be challenging if they weren't overseeded. Overall it was a fun little executive course and I would go again if I wanted to get in a quick round.
condition
The course is in the best condition that I have seen it in quite awhile. The only recommendation I would make is that they put alittle more sand in the bunkers. They are a little thin. Otherwise couse is beautiful and I would recommend it.
An interesting course
This was the first time playing this course. I have only been golfing a short while so have not played too many courses. However, I felt very comfortable playing this course. I will definitely play here again. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming
Nice course
We enjoy playing Aquarina because it is a executive course so the time on the course is about 3 hours and it really sharpens your short game. Fairways and greens are in good shape.
Watch out for the fireants
The course needs better direction markers to tell you where the next tee is located. We have had a lot of rain and the fire ants was everywhere. My wife and I got bit.
Short course but plays tough
We had a great time. Greens were on the down side but everything else was great. First time I ever teed off an actual Astroturf tee box very interesting.
Course Superintendant has done a great job bringing this course back. In great shape.
The club Pro is excellent and an asset. Aquarina has always held a great spot in my heart. My friend and I had a wonderful time. The only complaint I have is the snack bar/restaurant opened late. It would have been nice to grab a Bloody Mary on the turn.
Gem in the Rough
This scenic, beachside executive course offers a challenge to any level golfer. What I liked most is that each hole is separate, and their are no parallel fairways/greens which means a lot of woods and water, thus the challenge. The fairways and tee boxes were excellent, though many of the greens had some rough, sandy patches.
What is a shame is that it is quite the drive from Melbourne, or even Sebastian so it doesn't get the play it should.
Would not return
First off once we got there they told us the front 9 holes were closed, had we known before hand we would never have driven all the way there. They offered to play the back 9 twice not to exciting. The course was decent except the greens were terrible.
Bare spots and large bumps threw out every green.
Fun course...sandy greens tho
Like the layout, no par 5s but still fun. The elevated tee boxes and decks were cool. Greens were sandy...maybe ok in a few weeks. Biggest issue was swarms of hornets on last few holes. On the fairways, I was not digging in the woods. Kinda scary
Loved it
We loved this course so much, we came back the next day. The staff is very, very friendly,. I loved having the greeter take our bags onto the cart. Then it was raining, and he wiped off our seats. The course is challenging but fun. I loved teeing off a dock. You are in between the ocean and river, so you have a constant breeze. This is now my favorite course to play, and we have played many courses. The only problem was hole 17 and hole 4 were infested with wasps by the green. We just played around them. It was wonderful to have free refills on our sodas, since the weather was warm. Loved the staff from the greeter to the cashier to the people serving us drinks.
Fun course to play
Course was in good condition. Staff at the restaurant were fun to interact with.
course is ok
greens were not all that good, lots of sand on them, looked like they airated the greens, had some bare spots on green, fairways were ok..
