Aquarina Country Club

About
Aquarina Country Club sits at the halfway point between Melbourne Beach and Vero Beach with the Atlantic Ocean bordering it on one side and the Indian Ocean on the other. Its beautiful location is at the center of the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge, which is home to an abundance of wildlife that includes sea turtles, osprey, and manatees. You'll have the opportunity to see several different bird species during your round and you may even spot an alligator in one of the ponds. The scenic golf course winds through mangrove marshes and past groves of live oaks. The layout is also routed around eleven different lakes that come into play frequently throughout the course. Accuracy will be rewarded at Aquarina Country Club, but it's not an overly punishing golf course overall.

Worth the drive
We love this course even though it’s quite a drive for us to get there. No par 5’s but don’t let that fool you - it’s a challenging course. The landscaping and natural beauty are only outdone by the condition of the greens and fairways. And, all the people we encountered were friendly - wish this was our home course.
Very Good Shape
Although this course is 'short' by regular standards, it presents a challenge at every hole. Target golf is a must to avoid traps (on every hole) and water (on 14 holes) which are present to plague the steadiest players. The greens were in very good shape as was the entire course with little surprises of beauty around each hole. We liked it so well, that we booked it for this upcoming week. The restaurant offered lunch specials that were very tasty and satisfying for reasonable prices. Would recommend this course ever to those skeptical of playing a short course.
Aquarina is the little Oasis on A1A/Jimmy Buffet Memorial Highway
Wow,, everything you can ask for on a golf course. Simply Amazing!
Great little gem
Was scouting for a place to play with me and a buddy’s wives,IE not too long and not too hard (that doesn’t look very good in writing). This place is perfect with 10 par 3s and eight par 4s without a lot of forced carry over water shots. Greens were pretty nice, maybe a bit ruggy and a tad slow. Enjoyed it and will be back with the ladies.
We found the greens slow and could have been cut shorter.
Otherwise we had a great round
Great Golf
Well tended course, with lots of challenges. Great fun!
Short course
This is a great executive course to play. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just the two of us but the staff paired us with another twosome. I wish all the local courses would do the same. Makes for a better pace o play. Pace of play was good especially on a Saturday this time of year. Greens are in great shape and fast. Challenging pin positions today. The twosome we played with today were great company and made for a nice day!
Challenging executive course
This is not your typical short course. Plenty of challenges on most of the holes. The course winds through a development and natural area. Very nice layout and in good condition. Greens, fairways, and bunkers all in good condition. A little busy but that’s expected this time of year. All in all a very nice place for golf! I’ll be back soon.
