About
Marina Vallarta Golf Club is known for its stunning tropical landscape that is home to an abundance of wildlife. Golfers have the opportunity to play amongst iguanas and alligators while enjoying scenic views of the Bay of Banderas. The course is blessed with a bevy of natural hazards including towering palm trees, lagoons, and waterfalls. Colorful tropical flowers and native vegetation further accent the landscape. In addition to the natural hazards, there are also a few strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. The golf course offers a challenging but fair test that is not overly demanding, which is probably for the best since it is easy to get distracted by the beautiful surroundings. Given its versatility and scenery, Marina Vallarta G.C. has become a popular venue for various golfing events, including the Governor's Cup Pro/Am Tournament.

Marina Vallarta golf course
Nice layout, friendly staff, good condition. Only complaint cobblestone cart paths were very bumpy and uncomfortable.

Great golf half day out not - too far from town. Warm and friendly staff and service. Course in good shape - greens well maintained and not too easy

My Brother in law and myself had an enjoyable round of golf yesterday. The course is in great shape
Lots of water and 'Crocs'
Course was very busy but yet pace of play was surprising good.
Good course layout
I enjoyed the variety of holes. Lots of different holes. Short par 4 s and long par 4s. Water on several holes. Greens had some slope and was a good challenge. Greens were fairly slow but seemed to roll true. I enjoyed the round.

Course is challenging for mid to high handy cap golfers
Staff needs be trained..
The course is not bad for afternoon tee time $79, I take my son with me is not a golfer, we just want to spend time together, the charge $55 , is not about the money but I think was not appropriate, the staff was very rud in general, i come to Puerta Vallarta almost every year for shore I will not go back To this golf course.
Fun and pretty vourse
The Marina Vallarta course is pretty course that is well maintained. Although there is not much change in elevation on the course, good use is made of what there is. Plenty of water and bunkers keeps play challenging. The crocodiles on the course, though sedentary create some non-water or sand hazards.
