Marina Vallarta Golf Club is known for its stunning tropical landscape that is home to an abundance of wildlife. Golfers have the opportunity to play amongst iguanas and alligators while enjoying scenic views of the Bay of Banderas. The course is blessed with a bevy of natural hazards including towering palm trees, lagoons, and waterfalls. Colorful tropical flowers and native vegetation further accent the landscape. In addition to the natural hazards, there are also a few strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. The golf course offers a challenging but fair test that is not overly demanding, which is probably for the best since it is easy to get distracted by the beautiful surroundings. Given its versatility and scenery, Marina Vallarta G.C. has become a popular venue for various golfing events, including the Governor's Cup Pro/Am Tournament.

Ok course

The marina course is fun to play however it could use some attention to detail like it’s sister course in Vista Vallarta. It feels like they’ve concentrated more on vista than they have the marina course. We still play here every time we come to Puerto Vallarta because with a GolfNow app it’s the most affordable course.

Marina Vallarta is fun easy to access course

Course located in town near marina and very easy to get to. Fun course with lots of crocodiles and interesting holes. One hole is on ocean with great view.

Interesting course with good challenges including crocodiles!

Course overall was good and nice staff. The rental clubs were very worn and way to expensive for the quality. Should have been replaced many years ago.

Front nine wide open. Back nine alot of water hazards ( and crocodiles). Very friendly and helpful staff. Course is in great shape. Lots of fun!!

From the tips the course is a good challenge. Not your typical resort course. This is a traditional layout.

Staff is accommodating and friendly. Great value on Golfnow. The only negative is the greens are a touch slow.

Fun to see crocodiles

Great course. Fun to see crocodiles as bonus. It's very expensive tho. The twilight rate is reasonable if you get in 18. But $140 US is a lot. I've played top courses in the Canadian Rockies for the same or less, and they are more beautiful. But regardless, it's a nice course to play with some very scenic holes.
