This course has bite
This was my first round here, first round in the Abilene area. Wind was light when we started, but by the back 9, it came in strong. Accuracy is a must off the tee. I did ok in navigating that aspect, losing only 1 ball on my round. The greens, a whole different story. They were in great shape, but rolled like on a linelonim floor. Finding a few shots above the hole, and with a wind to my back, relied on balls needing flaps! For late winter, the fairways were in better shape than I was anticipating. I was only in a couple of bunkers, and was able to escape with little damage. As a 12, I was pleased with a 90 here.

DBACK has maintained its course unbelievably during hit drought of last year and is still great shape during the winter.
Austin, Brent & Chuck are aways nice and help you with any needs you have.
It is truly the best course around this area.

Beautiful golf course
The golf course is great for all golfers regardless of handicap. The fairways and greens are in excellent shape. Love the golf course would play at least one or twice a month

Great course to play!
Kudos to the grounds crew for immaculate course conditions. Attention to detail was unbelievable. Depending on what set of tea boxes one chooses to play, this course can play extremely hard to extremely fair for all skill levels.
