Eagle Lakes Golf Club
About
Eagle Lakes Golf Club is situated just minutes from Olde Naples and Marco Island. It lives up to its name, providing a round of golf accompanied by a pair of bald eagles that call this stretch of the Everglades home, along with an abundance of other wildlife. The course design represents classic Florida golf tradition. There is no shortage of water anywhere on this golf course, it comes into play in one form or another on every hole. They may all have water but that might be the only common characteristic they have. Every hole presents a unique challenge. The golf course is wide-open, which also makes it subject to the prevailing winds. Eagle Lakes Golf Club's final hole is a lengthy par 5 with water surrounding the fairway and all along the left side.

How many club lengths should be taken? Photo submitted by Johnflexton2624 on 11/10/2012
I was a single, so they stuck me with a 3 some , who have never played golf , I quit after 9 holes , terrible
Nice course with decent price for Naples
Course has a nice layout with good greens. Long par threes make it a challenge. Played in less than 4 hours. There is plenty of water but few if any required carries over the water. Pace of play was excellent.
Water mania
Water on almost every hole, but take a good look around before looking for your ball near the water …. Lots of alligators. The course is challenging because of the water. Pace of play was slower than expected.
Too much water for my taste.
Good course but a lot of water. All staff members are great!
Nice Course, Lots of Water, Pricey
This course was fine. Staff was very friendly and had a great clubhouse. Challenging course as almost every hole has water (hence the course name) and at a spring break price of $175 for 18, i’ll probably pass on playing in the future.
Challenging, well maintained course
I've played EL a number of times. The course was in very good condition and was one of the better values for in season. The only criticism was the driving range. The hitting area was solid said (divot repair). There was barely a quarter-sized spot of grass to hit off. For the price, it should have been much better. Obviously, a management issue.
First Time Playing Here
Overall it was a good experience. I play a lot of golf and thought to give here a try.. Flat course great for walkers, lot of water, outside of the Par 3’s, there was water left on every tee shot. Greens in great shape, tee boxes were ok.
It’s a straightforward course with a couple of interesting holes. Staff was great, pace of play was great. Played under 4 hours and I walked. My only negative feedback was the cost, 225 is a little on the high side although it’s peek season. I would recommend giving it a go.
Pro shop person was a handful
Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding a very disappointing experience with a recent tee time booking. The pro shop staff was rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. Our tee time felt overbooked, the situation was poorly handled, and it ended up being a complete waste of our time and money.
What made it worse was the attitude we received from the pro shop. Our group was basically told they had enough business and that we could “take it or leave it.” That is not how customers should be treated, especially when booking through your platform and expecting a properly managed experience.
I’m asking GolfNow to review this matter and let me know what can be done regarding a refund or credit. This experience fell well below what should be expected.
Thank you.

The course was in relatively good shape. Some areas could use a little TLC
Greens are in great shape!
One of my go to courses in the area, but haven’t played it in about 5 years. The greens are in great shape now. Fun to see how the gators have grown as there are a few big ones now!
Good public course
I’ve been playing here for twenty years. In the past it was pretty rough but each year they keep making improvements. Tee boxes are much better and the greens were excellent.
Great value if you’re having trouble finding a place to play.
My first time playing.
Eagle Lakes is a very nice golf course to play. Fairways and greens are in good condition. A little too much water to deal with though. I'll definitely be back.
