About
Eagle Lakes Golf Club is situated just minutes from Olde Naples and Marco Island. It lives up to its name, providing a round of golf accompanied by a pair of bald eagles that call this stretch of the Everglades home, along with an abundance of other wildlife. The course design represents classic Florida golf tradition. There is no shortage of water anywhere on this golf course, it comes into play in one form or another on every hole. They may all have water but that might be the only common characteristic they have. Every hole presents a unique challenge. The golf course is wide-open, which also makes it subject to the prevailing winds. Eagle Lakes Golf Club's final hole is a lengthy par 5 with water surrounding the fairway and all along the left side.

Challenging
Like most SWFL courses, there’s water challenges on several holes. Extremely friendly staff, management, restaurant and pros. Lessons/clinics are best Ive experienced. They hired a new superintendent who’s already making an impact on the course. Greens are in excellent shape. With upcoming rains, fairways will flourish. Course is fun and challenging. Love it here.
Staff was not very friendly. Course was in rough shape. Could be a better track with additional upkeep

A bit tatty around the edges, staff are excellent but the course is looking as if it needs some work, this could be a great course shame really.
Really slow greens!
The course is not in the best of shape and the greens are terribly slow.
I only play it because it is close to me and convenient.
April 24
Lots of water.. As the starter says “ Stay right”. Course was a little beat up from the Jan- Mar season. Great course for value. Played course 2X, and both was paired with course knowledge, who he’d helped with water avoidance. Good tee selection (.5). Low handicap players will be very challenged from tips.
Eagle Lakes GC Round 1
Of the 27 bodies of water throughout this course, I managed to rinse a ball on 4 of them. Thanks to some playing partners who had played here before we learned early on that the better miss was to the right, or my friend and I would have found more penalty areas. The course was a fun track to play, and I look forward to round 2!
