My forth time playing easy to book fast and friendly

New development & it’s clear the developers are NOT spending the necessary money to keep the course in reasonable condition. 75% of the tee boxes are burnt to a crisp; several of the greens had large dirt pieces. It was like they just didn’t use or have the proper irrigation. One can accept sparse landscaping (even in FL), but the course was nearly bare… three palms per green & the rest was just empty. For $170 it was absolutely awful…should have been $35-$40 max….sorry, but….

With the limited public courses in the area, it’s one of the most affordable. The club house was awesome. Staff Very Friendly. But. They packed them on the course. Waited for every shot from home 1 to hole 18. Some holes 2-3 groups deep on the tee. The course was wide open except for all the water and the greens were nice. I would play it again but try to get out as the first few tee times.

I thought the course was very dry and fairways were way too hard. Greens were good and overall condition good. Attention. to fairways needed. Water - water - water.

Played here four years ago, and really enjoyed the layout and conditions. Returned this week, and was saddened to see how the mighty has fallen. I understand that there's a drought, but greens fees have greatly increased while conditions have substantially deteriorated. Even though the people are friendly, I can't recommend playing here until they make significant improvements to the grass. On the positive side, the flowers look pretty.
