Better Signs
If your not very familiar with the course, at each hole, there needs to be a sign showing the layout of the hole....ie dog leg left/right, water hazards etc.
There is not any indication of how a particular hole is layed out on the score card or via a sign, so you're basically coming in blind!

Its Like coming home
we play several courses in the area but I always like this course, its my hometown pick, they had drenched the course with water which made it difficult to figure out the green speed, but knowing Texas in august I suspect they did it to have a awesome course thru august. They always have the course in great condition.

Hot but fun
Had a great time even though it was really hot today. A little slow in the pace of play but that's to be expected when you're playing as a single.

I recommend you go play. Hot Texas day I enjoyed the front with trees and shade. New layout so update your go’s.

Hidden Gem in North Texas
The Golf Club at Champions Circle is a nice course for med to high handicappers. The course plays short and is not to narrow. It does have a creek running through it that in places is a ball abyss, and possible a snake haven. This adds a challenge to keep it in the fairway. Lots of trees for some shade on the cart path and a few ping pong opportunities if your drive goes astray. They are redoing the clubhouse so the amenities are in disarray. The staff is friendly and the course is in good shape. Great value and I will be playing it again.

Good course, good value
Course was in good shape. Greens were rolling a bit slow but recent heat may have the greenskeeper keeping the greens a bit long. Tee boxes need a little work. But overall, good course in a Dallas summer.

Almost Rained Out
We started our round about 15 minutes later due to the rain. This meant cart path only. The course was greener than we'd ever seen in July in Texas. The greens started out wet but were more playable by each hole remaining.
They rolled very well considering that. Our round was slightly over 3 hours even walking out to our balls. We had a great time.
