Fresh sand, greens are in good shape.They just need to put a little extra work into it. Will keep in the rotation..

The potential for this course is great. Really cool to play some of the most iconic holes on Tour right here in North Texas. Sand traps are pretty nice with quality sand. Most tee boxes are fine too. However, $150 (after taxes) is pretty steep for the current course conditions. A lot of overgrowth and a lot of repair work being done throughout. I was extremely excited to play this course for the first time and perhaps my expectations were just too high. The reality is the course is, in my opinion, borderline poor condition (honest truth here is if my home country club were like this I’d absolutely be in the ear of management telling them it’s unacceptable). For $150 a round I would have expected much better greens and general course conditions. The driving range is a major wreck and also far too small- major disappointment there. I’d play again for $150 if course gets properly taken care of, otherwise this is a ~$75 product.

Tour 18 is a fun course .It is much more difficult than I expected - especially on the back 9. The course was in fairly good shape, although it is still very new. There are a TON of bunkers and the sand is really soft resulting in several fried eggs. I was a little surprised at the quality of the practice range, It was not in good shape, nor did it have many yardage markers. Overall, though, I would definitely place the course again. We had a great time!

What a great idea to play a course that has some of the best golf holes in the U.S. especially if you will never get on some of these Iconic golf courses.

Course was in good shape considering the time of year. Enjoyed seeing and experiencing top holes from around the country on my son's birthday. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Definitely want to play again during the spring.

Greens in bad shape, Pollyanna weeds throughout, additional fairways do not drain well.

Played the course and it was a little slow but not terribly slow. 4 hours and 22 minutes total. However, having an employee behind us constantly hitting up to us or into us was annoying. We could not go anywhere. There was a group in front of us and one in front of them.

Probably won’t be back because of it.

I played here years ago when the greens were simply atrocious. Decided to never return, but I heard the greens were in much better condition. This is true. Greens are better, but fairways are simply awful. This is not a result of the cold weather. Fairways have dirt patches, craters and uneven surfaces everywhere. Tee boxes are mediocre at best. Also, only 2 water stations throughout the course. For $150 you would expect at least 2 water bottles in your cart

As of February 2026, this course is at best worth $50. I regret giving this course another shot. Not coming back - EVER.

Course is tough in itself. As challenging as the greens are, they were kept in great shape. Layout is great! Always enjoy playing the signature holes!

Sunny and warm, but wet. Cart path only. Course was 100% booked in front of us. So we knew that play was going to be slow. But only once, on hole three. did we see the marshalls come out on the course to tell a group to speed up.

We finished up on 12, took a wrong turn, and ended up on the tee box at 16. No. 16 was wide open; not a soul to be seen. In fact, 17 and 18 were wide open, too. So we tee'ed off and played 16. As we were walking off the green at 16, we saw a foursome starting to hit their drives of that hole's tee box. Putting two and two together, we realized that it must have been this group that was holding the rest of the players up behind them. They were playing so slow that they had let the group ahead of them to finish up 16, 17 and 18, before they ever came close to finishing 15.

We finished up 18 just as it was getting dark. But we missed 13, 14 and 15 because of our wrong turn. We could have played all 18 holes had a marshall told this slow group to play faster - much faster. Tour 18 needs to keep a marshall on the course at all times, and not just send one out when some golfer calls them to complain about slow play. This is especially true when it is cart path only.
