In general, the entire course is growing up nicely. There has been some substantial winter kill to a number of the tea boxes a few spots in the fairway and three or four of the greens. It appears that the course is attempting to revive a number of the tee boxes. In the meantime, they have some of the boxes either moved up or moved back. Be aware of that as it might change your distances on your holes. The tee boxes that were open needed mowing. Some of them had grass that was 3 to 4 inches long on them. Also, there were a number of areas of the rough that look like they haven’t been mowed all this entire year. In general, it seems that they’re not getting the mowers out very often. As the greens are fuzzy as they have been for the past four or five years. I’m hoping that this year they get back to mowing the greens a little tighter so that the course plays the way it did when it first opened. It’s far more fun to play when the greens are mowed tightly and the balls come off the contours of the greens. That being said, the course appears to be moving in the right direction. Hoping this is the year that they get it in great shape.

I can’t believe the deal I got on this course! Way superior to what I would expect for the money I paid. The course was phenomenal, incredible views, fun and challenging layout. What an amazing experience!

This course is just breathtaking and so worth the cost to play. I got a hot deal, so glad I picked this course on my travels- layout was phenomenal and the views are something special.

The course is laid out with Great views and challenging layouts. Staff is helpful and cheerful.

Great weather and course is in excellent shape for early in the season. Fairways are great as well.

It's spring time in Colorado so the course is not as nice as it usually is during the summer. There's a lot of winter kill on the greens. They punched and fertilized the greens so they should be looking much better in a few weeks. Currently they have the 90 degree rule going on for the carts which will help make the course nicer this summer. This is my favorite course. Definitely recommend it.

Been playing this course for the past 15 years and its always a treat--especially this time of year. Snow on the ground at our home in Colorado Springs but dry as a bone at the course and 5-10 degrees warmer than 60 miles north. Course is really in great shape for this time of year and the winds, while challenging, didn't severely impact our round. Tee time was 11:20 and no one was in front or behind us. Folks behind the counter were, as always, friendly and informative about course conditions.

Should be In real good shape in a few weeks. For late March was further along than other courses. This is one of my favorite coarse and now with 115s new construction over only took 30minutes from south academy. Will back!!!!!!

This is one of my favorite courses in the area. (Pueblo, CO) Only about 45 minutes from Pueblo to Four Mile and worth the drive. For the end of winter and not quite yet full-on Spring the course is in good shape.

Great great winter course! Loved the elevated tee boxes and the greens are a blast!!

The Denver Metro area has been socked in with white stuff and cold temperatures. Four Mile Ranch has also been shut down for ~3 weeks. We were so excited to see that it was going to open. We booked a tee time. Ah, that was a good decision. They were kind and welcoming. The starter came up to us asking if we had played there previously...yes. He then started us on the back 9 to avoid the 1 hour delay. That was terrific! We enjoyed playing in short sleeve shirts with a breeze. There was some snow here and there, which added a bit of time finding your ball if you were so unlucky. Still how could anyone complain. Golf in Colorado in January at a terrific course with super friendly folks. It was like a mini-vacation my wife said. She was right!
