About
Four Mile Ranch Golf Club sprawls across a stunning landscape of gently rolling hills. The layout closely follows the natural contours of the terrain and doesn't use any formal bunkers, in their place are white shale ridges called hogbacks. They can range anywhere in height from 3 to 30 feet and they're not even the golf course's only distinctive feature. The layout winds through natural rock outcropping and a number of mini canyons. It's as challenging as it is scenic, though, with several blind shots and intimidating greens, none of which are more daunting than that on the memorable par-5 sixth. This tough green is obscured by huge rocks, testing not only your skills but also your ability to strategize. Four Mile Ranch G.C. offers a golf experience like none other in the area.

Really interesting place
Unique layout that will test accuracy. Definitely want to make sure you wind up in the right section of the green or putts will be interesting. But they keep the green speeds reasonable so it’s actually pretty fun. One of my favs for sure.
Sporty and testing
This course is a real test but is well set up to accommodate all levels of golfers. The slope ratings are no joke so be sore to pick the correct tee box to play from.
The greens were excellent and fairways were mostly good. Some of the tee boxes were iffy but this is essentially a desert course so that is understandable.
Beverages and candy bars are available but if you need more nourishment during your round bring a sandwich.
Overall, I am looking forward to future rounds to see if I can conquer the course now that I am familiar with the little nuances.
Challenging and Fun
Loved the course, it was Hard yet Easy. Fun and Challenging it had holes with blind greens. We had a good round.
Great quirky fun
Excellent conditions. Friendly staff. Great course for the value. Only negative is make sure you have time. Due to the quirky greens and numerous blind shots, its 4.5 hour round minimum. My advice is sit back and relax and enjoy the views and have fun trying to figure out how to putt around buried. Volkswagens. Lol
Great Course but should walk the back 9
The course was is good shape and its one of my favorites. Pace of play was good on the front 9 (only some elevation changes. We started to get backup up on the tee boxes because someone was walking the course. The back 9 is really elevated. The course should not allow walking. We probably took delays of 30 minutes on the back 9. Cmon Guys. NO Walking.
Amusement Park- Where's the Green?
Took a chance for a 20 mile drive.

Rate was reasonable.
Greens in great shape
CONS
Too many blind shots for amateurs
Driving range not good, spend the money and get it in shape
Greens are like roller coaster rides..No chance for birdies, unless you are 1ft from the hole
Great fun to play
Excellent condition. Greens are challenging but fun. Water, beer and soft drinks available in club house and cart person some days.
It is a desert course, great Mountain View’s. Some blind shots on the course.
Always a great time
Always a blast. Great bang for the buck course that can be a challenge. Really cool layout with multiple hidden shots into greens. Elevated tee boxes and great views. Regular play throughout the year.
Great Value for a Fun Course
I really enjoyed playing a round of golf at Four Mile Ranch Golf Club. The layout and challenges of the course were a lot of fun. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I definitely recommend playing this course.
