great value for the money
My wife and I enjoyed the course.You need to play this course more than once to understand the layout,hidden areas you don't want to put your ball.We were paried with 2 guys that were alot of fun.Course is just starting to recover from winter on the fairways,green were fast and true. Staff was friendly and courtesy. Overall very good experience.
Nice course, nice people.
First time we played this course. It has a nice layout and several nice holes. The course was in good shape I would say about 6-7 out of 10. The staff was very friendly and informative. We'll be back.

You must hit straight to stay out of trouble
This was my 1st time playing the Palms and a new course will always be a challenge, but this course has so many waste areas with rock boundaries, that the course bordered on brutal for a crooked hitter. The fairways and greens were well maintained. I recommend playing with someone who has played this course previously. Partly because knowledge of where to hit the ball is important..and this is a community golf course and it was a little tricky finding the next Tee Box for each hole too!
Fun and challenging BUT...
This is a very fun, use every club in the bag, visually pleasing course with a lot of elevation changes and undulation of the greens. There are a lot of risk/reward opportunities. That said, you MUST be able to hit the ball straight off the tee. The course (especially the front nine) winds through a dense residential neighborhood. Many of the fairways are only 20-30 yards wide and you will be OB if you are off the fairway by more than 10 yards or so. Adding insult to injury, the wayward ball is likely to bounce off a roof and/or nestle down in grass so as to never be found. The greens are pretty slow/furry, but not bad at all.
Great Value
The course was nicely maintained with a couple of greens needing some attention but overall a great value for the price. Played with two residents who showed me a great time and the local knowledge was great. Pro shop was friendly and nice driving range altho while I was hitting a guy in a regular cart was going over the range picking up balls with a solo ball bag retriever. Seemed a little dangerous to me. I will return as I did enjoy my round there.
A neat little course
The greens were in great shape, not lightening fast but they rolled true and were well maintained. The course has some changes made in routing fairly recently that will confuse your GPS if it is not absolutely up to date. It weaves throughout homes in many cases but usually they are not as close to play as they feel.
The bunkers could use a little work as there were quite a few little stones in them and I was worried about messing up my wedge hitting out of them. All in all a great course not super long but still challenging.
Beautiful en challenging holes
Great course, many holes with waterhazzards. On some places the houses are very close to the holes.
Fun challenging course in top shape!!
The course is very well maintained, greens were in excellent shape! The staff was friendly and tee time was as on time chosen! The course is both fun and challenging!! Definitly will be returning in future!!
