Stonebrook Golf Course

Pace was very slow last time which isn't typically the case in my experience there. One of the few courses not affected by recent flooding which may be why it was overbooked. Had to quit after it took 4-hrs to play 12 holes.

I have always really liked Stonebrook for a couple reasons (course condition and cleanliness), but I'll have to say I was disappointed this last round.

There must be some drainage/retention issues going on, because the course was soaked and muddy while the retention ponds were dry! I kept wiping off mud from my clothes after my shots.

The entire facility is gorgeous and clean, but the water was a bother. I will surely play Stonebrook again but hope drainage issues are eradicated before I do.

Good condition, speed of play good, I will go back. Best of all I birdied 18 & won the money!

greens are in excellent conditions however they were very so.

It's been about 15 years since I played here but I distinctly remember the finishing hole with the large 'viewers hill' encircling the 18th green (on which I 3-putted). However I didn't remember the numerous creeks running around the course and consequently I gave up about 4 Calloways! The greens could've been better and I'm sure they will be when I return for revenge later this week! I liked the layout and can't wait for another crack at this beautifully layed-out course. Course was in good shape. Staff was very friendly. Only paid 12 bucks through golfnow, which is a steal for this course. Highly recommended, even for the regular rates.

A good workout for your short game as many of the greens are quite challenging. Course in very good condition considering all the wet weather we've had for several weeks. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially on adjusting our twosome starts on both nines to get around foursomes ahead of us. Only disappointment was the reduction in number of practice balls you get for the range.

We really enjoyed this course, and would recommend Stonebrook to all golfers. Our only complaint was try to find the tee block

I have played this course many times always a very good challenge ! If a windy day it adds many very challenging shots that will need to be executed .

The pro shop employee seemed confused about how to handle a golfnow customer. Check in was slow and he tried to collect fees while they had been payed on line. The front nine was very slow even though there were few golfers due to cold weather. Workers were present on the 16th green and continued to work while we were set to shoot our approach shots. We skipped the hole.

Though restricted to cart paths due to recent rains, the course had drained fairly well, and the greens were challenging. A lot of fun to play.

We played this well maintained course on a weekday afternoon. The pace was excellent even after letting a few singles play through. The facility was impressive. The greens ran true and at a fair speed.

The course is well laid out. Enough water and slopes to make the course both challenging and interesting. The greens are new and in good shape. Fast and true.
