About
Marcus Pointe Golf Club tumbles across 600 acres of rolling woodlands, which is a rare occurrence in the mostly flat Panhandle area. The back nine is where golfers really begin to notice the dramatic undulations. Earl Stone, who has designed several Gulf Coast golf courses, created the layout. He has built his reputation on building playable and affordable courses. While water may not come into play often, golfers will still be kept on their toes by the numerous sand bunkers and an abundance of trees and of course, the tricky angles and elevation changes throughout. The golf course is challenging but fair with a playability that appeals to golfers of all skill levels. The greens are well manicured and keep all abilities in mind. Four sets of tees make Marcus Pointe Golf Club even more accessible.

Great deal on GolfNow. I’m from Ohio to get out of the cold. Perfect day to get out for a round. I played there last year and will play here some more
Great course
Beautiful course in fantastic condition with challenging fairways and greens. Staff are very pleasant and this course never disappoints.
Best Course in the Area
We have played several courses in Florida and Alabama area and have found that Marcus Point Golf Course is by far the best tract we have played.
The staff in the Pro Shop are very friendly and willing to accommodate our group.
The course is always in good shape from tee to green.
Always look forward playing this course!
Great Course
Always enjoy playing this course. We have 2 threesomes, 3 men & 3 ladies. The starter always tries to get both groups onto the course and we appreciate that.
Will play often during our stay.
Saturday play
My only concern is that the course allowed a FIVESOME on a SATURDAY!!! And of course they were immediately in front of us. Shame on you Marcus!
Thank you for playing with us and providing the kind review. We allow for a 4:10 round here for any group playing regardless of the size. While we did have a couple of fivesomes Saturday morning, neither of them exceeded our requested time for pace. We always appreciate the comments and we look forward to having you back soon I hope! The fairways were in great shape and very well maintained. The greens were also in good condition, just a bit slower than usual due to overseeding, but still rolled true and consistent.
Overall, the course is in excellent shape right now and makes for an enjoyable round. Definitely worth a visit!

Over the year’s, we have played this course! Always loved the layout but now the course conditions have improved immensely!

Big Improvements
The course is in good shape. The putting greens have come a long way since last spring. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Got a nice rate from Golf Now. I will be back
Everything great but the greens.
Like the title says everything was great except the grass on the greens was long.

Beautiful course , great fairways , challenging hazard zones , definitely a fun course !! Greens could use a bit of work but for the time this course hss been sound its in greay shspe !

First Timer
Enjoyed our first time here. We were paired with another pair who made it more fun. Course was beautiful, although many of the greens were hard and fast, we will definitely be repeat customers. Course got a bit backed up but they did their best to keep us on track. Staff in the clubhouse were professional and friendly. No complaints here.
Fast greens
Some greens had issues but nothing too bad. The greens were very fast and made it more difficult for me.
Slowly Improving
The course is a work in progress. Golfed it two months ago, slight improvement on the greens. Several fairways had checker board patches which will take time to get better.
Nice but needs a little bit work
Staff was very nice. They had everyone starting on the back. Back nine was nice a few bad places on the greens but they are working on them. The front nine needs more work and it looks like they are doing it. Over all nice
