About
Marcus Pointe Golf Club tumbles across 600 acres of rolling woodlands, which is a rare occurrence in the mostly flat Panhandle area. The back nine is where golfers really begin to notice the dramatic undulations. Earl Stone, who has designed several Gulf Coast golf courses, created the layout. He has built his reputation on building playable and affordable courses. While water may not come into play often, golfers will still be kept on their toes by the numerous sand bunkers and an abundance of trees and of course, the tricky angles and elevation changes throughout. The golf course is challenging but fair with a playability that appeals to golfers of all skill levels. The greens are well manicured and keep all abilities in mind. Four sets of tees make Marcus Pointe Golf Club even more accessible.

Beautiful, well maintenance course.
The course is very well maintenance from fairway to the green, pace of play is good, will come back.
Very Nice
The course is looking and playing better now than I have ever seen. The greens are almost perfect.
Great experience
Absolutely enjoyed our round at Marcus Pointe. The course was in great condition and the staff is top notch. We enjoyed the round and all the amenities. Will play there again.
Greens
Marcus pointe is in my opinion one of the 3 top tier courses in the greater Pensacola area including Milton and Gulf breeze. The greens have a few spots left healing from the snow storm January of 2025. The staff is very friendly and courteous, overall a great atmosphere to play a round of golf. The fairways continue to improve as well as the greens. Go play this course and enjoy.

Marcus Pointe Golf
I give the course a 3 star rating as greens were very inconsistent as some were mowed and others were very fuzzy. Also some repair to greens made some putts difficult. Fairways and Tee boxes in nice shape. Roughs were not great with a lot of dirt and not much grass growth. All in all, not bad.

Golf kingdom
I've played Marcus Point since the early 2000's and seen the best of times and the worst of times. I can say this is the best shape this course has been in through all the years I've played it, Don't pass up an opportunity to play this course cause it's a fun track and beautiful to look at. cheers
Marcus Pointe
Enjoyable round. Check-in was easy and the staff were helpful. Course conditions were very good. The fairways and greens have been overseeded. I enjoyed the layout. It had some contour and some challenging second shots requiring you to control your distance. Bunkers were in very good condition. I had shots out of fairway and greenside bunkers with good lies in both. The course was busy, but the pace of play was good as we finished in just over four hours.. I will definitely be back
The course is in excellent shape from tee to green. I played this course early last year and it was not in very good condition. They have put a lot of money and time into making this an enjoyable course to play. Nice job.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The course is in great shape. Challenging course and putting greens. My favorite course in the area.

My favorite course in Pensacola. The course condition has improved significantly over the last year and I can say it's in the best condition I've ever seen it, tee to green.
Any staff I've engaged with has been helpful, courteous, kind, respectful and delightful!
Great golf course
Have played here several times over the last 3 months that we were here. We love the golf course and the friendly staff. It is always in really good shape for play and we will definitely be back next year.
