Course In Great Shape!
WOW! A long dry hot summer and it does not show at this course. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were well kept and well watered. Clubhouse guy was super nice and the starter is one of the nicest guys around! Love this course!

Great Course, Great Value But Just Shy of Excellent
Loved the course, it was in great condition. Given the heat and humidity it would be great if a course this new and this quality offered showers. I would have loved to shower and put on dry clean clothes on after a fantastic round, but instead I had to make the hour drive in my sweaty clothes.
Also, my foursome repaired on average about 6 ball marks on the greens from previous golfers. This was disappointing as they clearly do not appreciate the course they have out there as they golfers do not do their part.
Thank you for leaving a review and sharing your feedback about our course. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of showers, especially with the hot and humid conditions. We appreciate your understanding and will take your suggestions into consideration for future improvements. We also apologize for any frustration caused by the ball marks on the greens left by previous golfers and will continue to remind all golfers to repair their marks as part of their responsibility. Great course but slow
I enjoyed the course very much, just the right challenge for an intermediate golfer. The course was in condition. However pace of play was slow. Took at least an hour more to play than expected.

Very nice course. First time playing it today and will be back. Greens rolled nice. The layout is very fair but challenging. If you like target golf this place is for you.

Woods and water
Nice layout. Hit a mid to long iron off 15 tee and a 5 or 3 wood off 16 tee. Driver too risky on each.

Best Public Course in the Area!
I recently moved to the Winchester area and have played about 4-5 courses within a 45 minute radius and Blue Ridge Shadows has been by far the best. Fun layout and really solid course conditions. The pace of play is typically pretty slow would be my only compliant… but that’s become common for anywhere that is open to the public unfortunately.
