Fairways were well maintained
Had an overall great experience
Must Play
2nd time playing here, Absolutely love it.
It is rather hilly and knowing where to go / navigate your tee shot is pretty important.
Tee Boxes / Fairways and Greens in incredible shape.
probably the first time in forever all (18) were basically immaculant. Rolled great.
WILL BE BACK
Wolf Hollow Golf Club
Wolf hollow is a beautiful course with some very challenging and scenic holes. This year it has quickly become one of my favorites places to play around of golf.
Best conditions I’ve played over the years
Live 20 minutes away, so we usually play 2 or 3 times a year. Seems like it generally burns up by July/August. Its in exceptional condition at the moment, though. Blue tee boxes are flawless. Greens still in very good condition. They do a ton of jr golf stuff and think they teach the kids good etiquette, especially fixing ball marks.
Fun course at a great value
Made a return trip to play Wolf Hollow. Reminded of just how fun the course is. Place was in excellent shape as we had a very wet April. Tee boxes, fairways and rough were nice and lush. The odd thing was just how hard the greens were. Approach shots bounded away and there weren’t many ball marks so putts really rolled true.
It is a scenic layout but has many blind landing areas, which I am not a big supporter of on courses. GPS on the carts is a nice touch. Plus, we got on for a great rate just over $40. The workers we dealt with were excellent and friendly.
Pace of play was weird when we played. The first nine was painfully slow. Not sure what happened at the turn but we breezed thru with no hold ups on the back nine. If it was closer, I’d play there a lot more! I would urge folks to give it a try.
Best Kept Secret
This course is so well taken care of and so much value.
