Nice layout - Terrible shape

I am from out of the area and book courses relying on web sites. This is the first time I have been disappointed.
I can't stress enough how bad the conditions of the fairways, greens, bunkers, golf carts and even the tee boxes were. The place was in shambles. Some greens had bare dirt spots, some were "furry". On one hole that was overgrown I reached down and pulled up a blade of grass, it measured over 1" long. Even the cart paths were in bad shape. There is no way I would play here again.
I booked online at $50 ea. and a local person that joined our twosome had paid only $25. Even he told us this place was bad and he overaid. What a ripoff. This was a bad ending to a nice road trip.
