Sebastian Municipal Golf Course

The course is wide open and relatively flat. Nice layout and just the right length for myself (white tees) and my wife. Fairways and greens were in good conditions, though greens slow. Hot afternoon and the course was not busy. One threesome let us play through and no one in front of us. Played in 3 1/2 hrs. No course marshals or beverage cart but you can call ahead at hole 8. Would definitely play again.

The course is nothing special. No rangers to be found. The group in front of us had 3 open holes in front of them. The course was completely backed up because of this foursome. Very frustrating day.

It was my first time playing at this course. The course was in good shape.
A bit slow due to some older folkes, but it's great to see a lot of older folkes enjoying a game of golf.
The starter was great. Keep every one on the move.
I will recommend this course to friends. It's great for weekend outings.
Would be nice to have a drinks cart!!!

No two holes are alike, so you never get the feeling that you have "played this hole before." At the moment, the course is pretty dry and seems to be somewhat in need of some irrigation water. Greens have been allowed to grow pretty long to keep the grass alive without watering very much. They are pretty slow because of this.

Food and beverage not tested.

Starter was 40 min behind then started a twosome by themselves. Paired us up with two walkers who were very slow, This is no way to run a golf course. The starter should be fired and no walking this time of year should not be considered. We had a 2:35 start time and it was well after 7:00 before we finished (we played the back nine as a twosome or we would still be there)!

Good facility and very good breakfast spot. Good prices.

Nice course but a little muddy in some areas. Walking to my ball and feet sunk deep into mud.

Course is generally in good condition and well presented. Greens were quite fast and true. Pace of play can sometimes be an issue but still acceptable.

Course was in good shape. Play was slow, but that's because there' s a women's tourney on Thursday mornings. Pricy from Jan - March. Friendly staff. Good experience. Course wraps around small airfield. Planes take people up all day to parasail to ground. On windy days, some parasailors end up on course. Kinda cool.

Sebastian is a great value. The course is in great shape for one that gets so much play, the holes are interesting, and there is a good selections of tees that one can choose. In addition, with a small airport right beside the course, it's fun to watch the skydivers as you play.

This is a very playable course. Multiple tee box choices make it fun for everyone. Course condition is excellent.

Course in good shape but had to stay on the path all the way through which really wasn't necessary wasn't that wet. Feel they were being overly cautious.

Good course. Very wide on almost all the holes. Sometimes, it is very windy.

Nice golf course but very windy and very Noisy due to planes depart and arrive constantly.

as a municipal course, many unaccomplished golfers are hosted;however, rangers help pace of play. typical, flat florida course, but with several interesting holes; water in play often. I've played this course in the past and carried. don't! the back nine is an incredible hike. staff is very cordial. while the course slope is relatively high(125), fairways are wide with few bunkers.

Course is well manicured and in outstanding shape for a muni. Greens are true and putt with good pace. Design of course is nothing memorable or unique. Built around the Sebastian Airport that is the skydiving center. Get to watch jumpers float all day. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Course is worth playing as a warm up round since it is wide open.

We have gone out the days around & after the big holidays so we know what to expect as far as rates & pace of play. I must say that Sebastian handled us very fairly as we ran about 20 mins late and they still were very cordial & got us out quickly. The pace wasn't bad & the startyer even recommended us to skip a hole or two around the turn to make up time. We did & returned to the missing holes to get in a full round.
The course was well maintained & I doubt anyone would have had any issues on this day. Thank you Sebastian & GN

Sebastian is an excellent municipal golf course. The greens were rolling fast and in excellent condition.

The course is well designed. It is fairly wide open off the tee, but the greens were positioned nicely. The course was in good shape. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice course with some challenging holes & a couple ego booster holes to. Great restaurant too. Friendly staff.
