Golf carts
We had to wait over half an hour for a cart to come in to go out then we had to push one cart with the other halfway around the back nine to get the round in plus we called the pro shop and told them the cart was dying on hole 11 and nobody brought us another one!!! Better do something or people are going to start not playing the course!!!!
Greens were not good. Slow and damaged from use. Very bumpy
Neat Course
Enjoyed playing this course, first time in a long time. Fairways, greens and tee boxes good for time of year. The layout was good, water played into about six holes. Did have a delay due to shortage of golf carts. Would play again.
Always fun
Sebastian course always fun to play. Nice breeze and always skydivers to entertain above. I play it once a week. Always Fun !!
I would not recommend unless nothing else was available. Conditions were fair. Nothing impressed me. However, very affordable.

Fun course, good place to play, but it is busy. Bunkers yes, not much water to worry about. Staff are plesant and on the ball.
Average course and conditions
First time playing here. Everything was just average. Course very nondescript and not very appealing to the eye. Greens weren’t rolling well, and fairways weren’t great. It’s pretty wide open and right near an airport, and a pretty flat layout like most Florida courses. I only played nine, (front) and I am not interested enough to ever return again. I’ll stick with other courses in the Vero area that have better layouts/conditions at a similar price point.

It needs a lot of TLC and Water on Fairways and Greens
Layout is great
Did not honor tee time
Had a 10:28 tee time from golf now told me I was mistaken and made us wait until 11:28 as result we couldn’t finish because of rain.
Good course
The course and Greens were in good condition. Range and Range balls were not. Had to wait for about 35 minutes after our tee time but moved along once on the course. Relatively open but some accurate shots required over hazards. I would play again.
45 min wait for golf cart
Tee time at 11am. Waited for cart 45 min. Starter was kinda a jerk when i asked him a question. Staff seemed a lil confused yesterday. Whatever
