Disorganised, delayed and unsupported
When we turned up for an 1148 tee time we were told there were no carts available! The tee times were running approximately 1 hour behind due to there being no carts and waiting for people to finish so that cart could be used.
This is the third time we have played at Sebastian and each time delayed due to cart shirtages!
Its a known problem and the staff are exasperated.
They should reduce the course usage/lenghten tee times to suite there cart availability. We won't be playing there again.......
Highly Recommended
Course in great condition, greens run true, tee boxes and fairways are good . Great layout plus you can watch the skydivers! Good pace of play and great company. Highly recommended.

Lacked carts at the start, delayed 30miins waiting for a cart. Greens outstanding, fairways in good condition. Priced accordingly.
Golf carts
I really enjoy playing this course, the problem is they need new golf carts. They didn’t have enough for everyone and they are also breaking down.
Average muni
Course is too expensive for the conditions. Front nine wide open mostly straight holes. Back nine much better . Greens were sanded but great and rolled nice. Fairways and tee boxes were good . Enjoyed the day .

I have often played this course. It is almost always in good condition as was the case when we played. The greens were all well maintained as were the fairways.
Great Municipal Course
Great fun course. Fairways in great shape. Greens we very receptive, but not as fast as they look. Nice layout. Forgiving even if you don’t know the course. Enjoyed it very much. Would play it again.
