Great course
18 in 4 hours on a Sunday morning. Course is in great shape…fast greens and some challenging holes. Would definitely play here again.
Keep it in the fairway
This course is not for rookies. If your all over the place, you will lose balls and strokes
Excellent
Played perfectly, amazing AM tee time I had, walked the course and play was perfect at 6:00am, got to go at my pace. easy holes and hard holes, will be playing again.
Beware of tall grass
Nice golf course. We enjoyed our round. But you need to hit straight consistently or you will lose numerous golf balls as I did. Good challenge though. Thank you.
Holiday Weekend
With all the rain the Chicagoland area has had. It was cart path only and it was the beginning of a holiday wknd. This cause the pace of play on the front 9 to a 3 hour round. Back 9 opened up. The course was in great shape and not a lot of water left over.
Do Not Play Here
Took 3 hours only to get 9 holes in, waste of time and money but the course was in great condition.

With that in mind, we are working to best control pace and allow everyone to finish in a reasonable amount of time. We will continue to look for ways to improve. Good course if you've got time to kill
Course is in good shape and a value option if you don't want to pay for The Preserve, but isn't a must-play. Not exceptionally long and it won't beat you up. The layout is a little strange with the 4th tee on the opposite side of the property from 1-3, but in a cart it's no big deal. Plenty of cross-fairway hits from other golfers' wayward shots but I'd chalk that up to hackers moreso than the layout. Pace of play is another story, we had a fairly early tee time (around 8am) but the round took almost 5 hours. We were waiting on the tee for every hole, but the group in front of us was not to blame. Unless the pace of play improves, don't put this too high on your list.
Maple Meadows Fall Golf
I played Maple a few weeks ago. The course was in great shape. Greens were rolling well and fairways were clean and had great playability. Was a decently busy day so as a single I was paired up. Had some cools guys to play with. We all thought pace was fine. We played in 4 hours maybe a few minutes less.
Will come back
The course was in excellent condition for this time of year especially bunkers. Cool layout with some tight fairways but a fun challenge. Greens were still a little aerated but had a blast nonetheless. Will come back
Courses should disclose when Greens have been aerated
Staff is great, second time we ever played here, its a fun course. Not difficult but has its challenges. I just wish courses would let us know when they have just aerated the greens so we could consider before booking
Tougher than you think
Course is a good test for all skill levels. Some long par 3’s, 4’s and 5’s. Good variety of holes.
Played on rainy day and course was very playable.
