Rude staff ruined the experience
Overall, course was in okay not great shape; however, the staff really ruined the experience. My husband and I walk courses frequently, but the staff was incredibly patronizing, asking us 4+ times if we were “sure” and finally topped off the conversation by saying, “well keep up” in a paternalistic tone.
We played the course quite quickly (total 4:15 on a Sunday), but on the 16, a ranger came over and harassed our group despite the group behind us being almost a full hole behind. This group hadn’t had to wait the entire time. The ranger then was loudly bad-mouthing us in the pro-shop after the round. Incredibly rude, disrespectful and generally uncalled for. Will not play here again.

Nice layout with good bones and fairways. Pace of play was slow, and ranger ddi not care. Said there were too many golfers on course. Traps almost unplayable.
Nice round
Course overall better than last time I played two years ago. Rough nature areas were cut down but still hard to find ball in if you go in there. Greens were very slow but no bare spots as were fairways and tees. Can't take carts in parking lot which is a little inconvenient.
Staff was friendly but no beverage cart we saw. Course marking hole to hole was a little sketchy. Had to ask which way to go a couple of times. Beer selection in bar was just average and didn't have time to check out food, if any was available.
perfect weather, pace and partner
11:20 tee time, I and another gentleman had booked discounted tee times we were paired and sent off ahead of a foursome. Behind another two, we played without delay except briefly on the par 3s. The course was in great condition with the exception of one or two sand bunkers which were very wet but not puddled. We had a great day.
