Hidden Gem
I always thought this was a private course for the Carillon community. I saw it on GolfNow and we decided to give it a try. Very well kept and friendly staff. We would recommend it to others and hope to play it again soon!
Bunkers / Traps
Great course, enjoyed playing. There are a few issues it would be great to have resolved. The bunkers (not all but some) have large chunks of hardened dirt and sand in some. Some are without sand (recommend pulling ball out and avoiding damage to club or personal injury.
This past Friday 7/10/2026 was extremely slow. One slow group can bring the course to a crawl. Pro shop responded and tried to speed the group up, but that only lasted for a few holes then back to the slow crawl.
I love the red to white option
Chart path, slow play
Chart path need repairs and slow play
Blue course is closed due to flooding
And took 5 1/2 hours.
One of my all time favorite courses. Always well taken care of, friendly staff, fun and challenging holes. A permanent course in my rotation and have nothing but good things to say about it
Some place different
Haven’t played here is 20
Years , it’s an ok
Course pace of
Play was good
Not a bad course but overall experience underwhelming
This is not a bad course to play if you need a tee time. But after playing it when it was brand new many years ago, I was looking forward to seeing it again. The Blue + Red nines were underwhelming from a course layout perspective. Fairways were good but soggy from poor drainage. Greens full of ball marks and slow. Very mixed communication with staff ranging from good (Head Pro, Front Gate) to poor (cart girl, starter, 19th hole. I expected more out of this place since the course is part of a over 55 community.
Carillon
Fairways and greens are in good shape.Course drained well after a night of rain. Pace was good. Practice area was nice.
Rain check policy
Only played 5 holes yesterday because of thunderstorms and rain, course was in good condition except for the sand traps lots of standing water.
However my issue is with either the course or golf now?
Can’t get a straight answer, I went into the Pro Shop and asked for a rain check, the person that helped me said I needed to contact Golf Now ( good luck with that)!!!
So I guess I pay $166 $’s to play 5 holes.
I will be back on Monday to play and pay again, however not using GOLF NOW again!!!
