Nice 27
Played all 27 holes. Pace of play was excellent for a Friday morning tee time. The green on the red course were a bit pick marked but the green on the white were in great shape. The blue course has 3 par 3's. Can't recall which hole it was on the blue course but there was a kid that was running out from the houses and snagging balls that landed in the fairway. Group ahead of us watched the kid do it to our group and told us later. Kid was trying to sell balls to players too. Lol. Overall, very nice course. Friendly staff. Decent concession prices and good value compared to other courses in the area. Definitely would play again.
Great Course except for the cart paths
This was my first time playing at Carillon and i really did enjoy it despite the bad weather. The absolute worst thing about this course are the cart paths. Very bumpy and all of the holes were entirely filled with water.
Very friendly staff. We paid $40/person for the round which is a great value for this course. Well maintained. It is becoming our go to course. A little bummed that the concession stand was closed, probably because it was November.
Great conditions, courses well-maintained
Had to play the "white/blue" combination due to the red course closed due to utility work. Blue is not my favorite and much prefer the "red/white" combo which is the usual, and more interesting 18-hole pairing. Anyway conditions were great on a mild, moderately humid July day in the upper 70s. Course was in its usual great condition from tee boxes, to fairways to greens. Rough a tad long in spots but not battered and neglected as found in so many other courses these days. Wish I could say my game was in as good a shape. Quite a few great drives, but too many mis-hits pulled the whole thing down. Not the course's nor the weather's fault. The pace was excellent with our moderately skilled foursome completing in just under 4 hours.
Great course
teeboxes fairways and greens in great shape. several challenging holes make it more enjoyable. bunkers are well maintained with playable sand. carts in good working order. 3.5hr pace of play. friendly staff.
