Great Course
Loved the course. Challenging but fair...and in good shape. Greens a little difficult to read, especially first time there. Would play again.

It's becoming just about the money
My friends and I play Foxford pretty regularly. However, this will be changing. It took 6 hours to play a round. We have noticed the spacing getting worse over time and it is showing. I feel there should be more time in-between groups. When a course charges a premium over their competitors the course needs to realize the pace of play needs to be considered.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!
Great Time
This course was great for being essentially the first weather tolerable weekend to golf here. I’m surprised how good it was, only a few cart path only holes. Pace was alright, lot of mixed 2’s and 4’s so slowed after the turn. Overall great day though.

Challenging course in excellent shape
The course was well kept and the greens and bunkers were in excellent condition which is rare with public courses these days. Highly recommend

3.5 Stars Recommend but gird for very slow play
I always enjoy getting out to Foxford. Wish it was closer so I could play it more often. Staff is always welcoming and desire you to have a good experience. Course was in great shape in all areas except the tee boxes need renovation. It's a pain to use the rake in your cart to take care of the sand traps if you get in one. Most folks don't bother and don't even attempt to use the rake in their cart. Great routing and very fun to play. I downgrade big time because slow play abounds on this course and there's never any attempt to keep idiots moving along. We only got in nine yesterday because the rain moved in sooner than expected but our nine took 2.5 hours to complete. I had a first timer with me. We loaded our clubs in the car after completing nine it wasn't quite raining yet so I took him out for a quick look at the finishing holes. Not one group was on 18, A group on 17th tee. No one on 16. A group on the 15th tee. Ridiculous. Tee sheet was full with no available tee times all morning yet there were open holes all over the back nine. Wrong. Allow the rangers to enforce pace of play please. Downgrade 1 1/2 stars because of pace. It's that bad. Thank you.
