West Bridgewater Country Club

Love the layout and scenery at west bridgewater… course for the most part is kept in good condition depending on the weather we are having.. I love playing this course though it has its challenges which I think helps you pay more attention to club selection… great prices too as I feel a lot of courses of the same quality charge a lot more to play and don’t compare to the fun layout of this course.

I can say this course is the best condition course on the South Shore , The staff here is really good and they care the layout is just a awesome challenge , you need to be on your game and be careful and hit the fairway. Between Lyman and the Johnson Group this is just a great course to play.

Been playing here for years.

Johnson golf needs to care for the fairways and bunkers. Divots all over the fairways and no sand to fill? Bunkers are pure dirt. I know it is a public course but if you do not respect your own course, the customers never will.

Course in good condition. A few challenging holes otherwise pretty straight forward.

Well worth the money. People are friendly and the course is in great shape. The greens are healing nicely. I’ll be back soon. Have played there 2 times in the last 8 days. And they have a friendly turtle, too.

The course was in good shape played a little slow due to cart path only. The greens are still a little bumpy but still played fine.

Feels like a sunday evening course, relaxing, quiet, challenging also

Was just in the area and decided to grab this reasonably priced tee time and enjoy the sun and breeze. The course was in nice condition. Greens had just been punched within the week but they still rolled pretty nicely. I was a bit baffled by the layout... front nine is relatively short with several par 4s that play less than 380 from the tips. The back nine is more tree lined and gets quite a bit longer, though not exceptionally long. I was surprised to see a few par 4s that played 420+. The pace of play for a single was great and I was asked to play through twice by groups of 4. Overall I really enjoyed this round of golf and would go back again, should I ever find myself in the area.

My trip was a disappointment.

The greens were newly airated and sand covered

Usually thos info is posted in fairness to player like me who don’t appreciate their time being wasted on a less than enjoyable round.

Course is good condition except for greens that must have been aerated recently. Would have been nice to know as putting was very difficult due to all sand on greens.

Course was in great shape for early spring. Lots of other courses punching greens. They have cleared out a lot of brush and tall grass to allow turf growth. Positive things being done.

The course was in great condition for this time of year. Got a great deal on Golf Now as a hot deal. The course was not busy at all. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will be back.

The course is the best shape of all the courses I have Played So Far Th Spring , Keep Up The Good Work.
