White Clay Creek Country Club at Delaware Park

Very challenging!! Need lots of balls. Enjoyed the course.

The golf course is very nice. The staff was awesome! I usually dread seeing a course ranger but they were helpful and very pleasant. That's not what I find on most golf courses.

Beautiful layout that leap frogs back and forth over the White Clay Creek, leading to challenging water hazards on almost every hole. Great mix of holes requiring long carries over waste areas off the tee on a couple of holes and strategically placed irons or fairway woods on others. Exceptional practice facilities. Played in mid-90s temps in mid-May and were provided with iced towels on the course by attendants which epitomized the outstanding level of service from staff.

This course never ceases to pose a serious challenge. A lot of carries, challenging tee shots and approaches- and trouble.

The greens were rolling nicely- fast and firm.

The course is one where you have to use different clubs, you don't use your driver on ever hole. Love the lay out

Beautiful course with lots of trees and a creek running through the course. It was in great shape too. I struggled with the first nine holes as a single but then hooked up with some locals on the back nine and that helped because it is a tricky layout, especially in the wind, due to forced carries and so many bunkers that came into play. I would not recommend this course for beginners. Staff was great.

Plenty of practice opportunity. Driving range is nice and comes free with the round but it was all dirt. They need to move the ropes to some grass they have plenty. Chipping and putting and bunkers very good. The course is intertwined with constant streams. Too many holes are layups. Even 2nd shots are layups on the 5's. Course is on a flood plain so the rough is very thick but the fairways seemed thin. How about some fertilizer for the fairways? they paired a 7 yr old with us whose long drive was 30 yds. We left them after 4 holes or it would have been a 6 hr round. And the ranger told us on 7 we were behind to pick it up! He also said my 16 yr old who has a license can't drive but the 7 year old was driving all the time when we were with them and I saw him drive right past the ranger. Just a strange day. I would give it another chance but my son probably wouldn't.

This was my first time at White Clay Creek, and I loook forward to playing there again! Phenomenal facility with excellent service and some of the best public course conditions in the tristate area. Got a great hot deal and would definitely recommend for any avid golfer!

Completed 18 holes in a very small weather window. The course was excellent except the greens are under the normal spring maintenance. Looking forward to getting there again soon.

The course was in perfect condition and one of the most scenic! The range is free and near the first tee which was nice to hit a few balls before starting. I highly recommend White Clay, besides the course the staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant had amazing food. I will be returning shortly!

Well maintained and nice layout

My dad and I played this course yesterday. Overall layout is impressive and the cart paths and directions are incredible. Pretty challenging, great pace of play, very up to date cart gps technology. Only criticism was the greens were just agitated and a discounted rate should have been applied. It was the equivalent of perpetually playing on top of sand and made the greens conditions disappointing.

Great course with the ability to play forward tees for a simple game, or black or gold, for a very challenging game. Friendly staff and nice restaurant as well. I would have given it all 5 stars if they told you the greens had been recently aerated. They had been filled with sand, but still not true yet. Golf Now should have had an advisory concerning recent aeration.

Usually one of my favorite courses to play but today was some of the worse pace of play I have ever seen here. I asked why there was no ranger and was told still early in the year. I think if anyone is paying to play and can post a handicap then a course should have a ranger driving around. Especially when guys are hitting two balls every tee box and not repairing any diviots or ball marks. Course isn't in bad shape for early April especially after punching the greens. Hopefully they can have a ranger atleast on the weekends from here on out.

This is a great course spread out over a large area with a creek running through the whole course.

Played WCCCC on numerous occasions but never during CPO conditions. An earlier evening rain storm drenched certain areas of the course, which prohibited carts but not enough to inhibit shots in fairways, bunkers, etc. Numerous path areas were wet and muddy, but, overall, well worth the Golfnow price

A later predicted storm arrived during the back 9, which ended my round. The fine folks at Golfnow provided a small rebate to ease my pain.

Course is still top notch and is a must play during normal seasonal conditions. The gentleman at the pro shop was friendly and accommodating despite the gloomy morning. I was to be paired later but allowed to start at my discretion as a single.
