White Clay Creek Country Club at Delaware Park

The course was in great shape. My issue was that the staff harps on pace of play, though they did nothing to keep it moving. I played 9 holes in 3 hours. I'm not sure how you get 18 holes done in 4.5 hours that way. Again the course is great and a challenge.

Great conditions but slow. That would be fine but the staff brags about pace play, shame they did not assure it

Second time I've played here and only my second round of golf this year. It is a very well maintained course. Tees are in great shape.. Greens had been airated recently but putted true.. I would play again..

The design is decent enough until you get to #10. The hole is narrow with lateral hazards defining both sides placing a premium on accuracy, however there's a giant bunker complex in the middle of the narrow, sloping fairway where your drive should land. The hole just doesn't make sense. Then you're confronted with some additional awkward tee shots and approaches until you reach 18. This hole is vying with #10 as the worst hole on the course. Forced carry of 210 yards over a lateral hazard (black tees) or layup short and you're completely blocked on your second shot by a tree line on the right. I'd rather play Rock Manor every day of the week!

The course is in great shape and the greens were playing well after being aerated.

You can always count on the conditions being well above average here. Early in the season, so limited amenities , but that's to be expected. In season they are very responsive to needs .

This is a great risk/reward course. You either lay up or go for it on several holes which is always fun. It's still technically winter so there was no food/beverage cart going around and you do not pass the club house at the turn so go out prepared.

First time playing this track and I enjoyed it. I drove almost 2 hours to play this track but it was worth it. I had made a tee time that morning around 7a and on my way to the course I received a call from the clubhouse to inform me that there was a frost delay. Even though I was not too thrilled with the delay, I appreciated the courtesy to inform me before I arrived. My tee time was for 9:20a but did not get on until about 10:40a. I was paired with another single so it was nice to play with someone. This track is not for walking since there a couple holes that are quiet far from greens to next tee box. Having said that the course is really nice for it being on Delaware Start Park Racetrack. There was one hole that had so much goose droppings on the green that it was not even worth putting. They should have dogs out there to prevent that (just a suggestion). I will be coming back in the spring/summer time to play again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Tee boxes were very good. Fairways were very good. The bunkers were alittle rough, needed to be raked, but good. The greens were bumpy and had many un-repaired ball marks. Loved the layout and pace of play was good. Great practice area with free range balls.

For this late in the year the course was in phenomenal condition. The staff is always friendly and they do a great a job of making sure the pace of play is on par.

First time at this course. Course was in nice shape. We had to play from the forward tees probably because of the time of year. Staff was friendly. The winter rates are good and very reasonable for such a nice facility.

This course is a great layout, located in Delaware Park. Play is unusual this time of year anywhere,
so this course was a real treat. Invited two friends to go along. Had a great day.

After a short frost delay we were well in our way ahead of our tee time ! We started in 1 and finished in about 3hr 30 mins .... Course in great shape just need to get more people to repair ball marks on greens and replace divots in fairways .... We totally enjoyed our round and would play there again .... Didn't use any of the other facilities such as locker room , bar or grill area for dining .... Asked for scorecard to be emailed never received glad I used a real scorecard along with the electronic scorecard on GPS device on cart ....

Great course for high handicapper to the single digit with the 7008 yds tees in the back. Challenging and still fair, undulating greens in great shape as well.

WCCC it's been a year. And it still remains one of the best around. Me and my buds jumped on a 30dollar hot deal. We had a blast. Course is a monster. Big and challenging. Such a fun day. Then some gambling at the track next door. It's a mans day

Very nice course. Many traps and some difficult greens and pin placements. Played on November 1 and they has just aerated the fairways?? Can not walk this course. Second green to third tee was about half mile. A lot of lateral hazards.

I received an email for a $45 round for this course. That was a good deal since their normal price for a round on a weekend morning is over $80. A friend and I took advantage of the offer. However, the club did not warn anyone until you were there that it was cart path only. Additionally, they had just aerated most of the fairways. Ball plugged with every drive in the fairway. And the cart paths are not always next to the fairways. The cart path rule made no sense in that the course was dry except for a few places in the extreme rough. This made pace of play very slow. 4 3/4 hours for a round of golf, and we really weren't waiting on many holes. The cart path rule slowed things down considerably. It would have been nice for the course to let golfers know of the cart path rule and the aeration in the email notification with the special.
