Perfect Course for an Autumn Morning
Course is in great shape from tee to green. Interesting holes and quite challenging. Always a great experience to play this "municipal" course!

Greens in best condition all year. Course in fantastic shape. Always a pleasure playing here. Kudos to the staff and crew at Heron!

Excellent course!
Haven’t played here in years, and it didn’t disappoint. Course played firm and fast today. The course conditions were immaculate and the greens were pure. The course is as good if not better than many private country clubs. My only complaint is that I didn’t make more putts, but that’s on me. The greenskeeper/superintendent should be commended for having the course is such great shape.
Good course - friendly staff!
The course is in Great shape, very friendly staff - the green fees is very high.. I believe for a municipal course it should be capped at $50.
Overall it was a very good experience!
Love the layout.
Even post Hurricane Ida, the course was playable. The maintenance should be highly commended.
Excellent staff
We were accidentally given a cart that was low on its charge and they promptly brought us a fresh one after calling the pro shop. Course itself was perfect as usual.

Great Pace of Play, Overall Very Good
Course was in overall Very Good shape but bunkers were unplayable due to storm Ida rains, free drop however if you ended up in a bunker. Greens recovered well from aeration the previous week but some holes were still a little bumpy. Fairways in great shape especially considering the Ida rain 2 days earlier. No beverage person on the course, only possibility for a snack / beverage was at the turn. Pace of play was excellent, 4:10 for our 12:10 foursome tee time and rarely saw the group in front or behind us. Would gladly play again.
Very wet day
Did not get to play, canceled round as the rain came in way earlier than forecast. Will try again sometime in the future.

First time here, really nice course, pace of play and value were rated high but that is more because it was a Tuesday, don’t think it’s a value for the weekend rates.
The course conditions were also very nice, nothing too complicated and as I was new to the layout, I found my way around ok, a couple of times I didn’t know there was a bunker over a ridge, stuff like that.
I’d play here again with another rate deal. Lastly, and this goes for all courses, put out a few range balls, it’s just nice to not be nicked a few more $$, only need like 15 shots.
Great Shape
The staff was great from the pro shop to the starter, fairways are in great shape , greens were aerated last week and coming in nice, Found a great hot deal especially as a non-resident, will definitely be back
