Greens very very fast. Almost unplayable for a player of my abilities. Fairway very dry.

Dunes
The Dunes is always in great shape, the pace of play is very good and the people are friendly. It is, in my opinion, the best public course complex in the Vero Beach area.

One of the nicer public courses in the area.
Have driven down from Melbourne beach a few times to play here. Good layout; challenging but generous landing ares for tee shots. Nice greens but some areas in the rough around the greens are thin.
