About
Vista Plantation Golf Club is an Arthur Hills-designed course that is conveniently located near all of Vero Beach's attractions. The course is just a short drive from the scenic beaches, which are part of Florida's Treasure Coast. The course is compact but challenging with small, fast greens and tight fairways. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. The golf course is challenging enough for avid players yet forgiving enough for high handicappers to approach with confidence. It's a player-friendly layout that is great for beginners and seniors. Though the golf course may not require distance, your short game skills will be put to the test. There is not only water but also numerous strategically placed bunkers. Vista Plantation is a golf course that will make you think and you'll also need to be accurate.

Pretty basic, lots of water
Par 3s and 4s, small undulating greens. Several deep bunkers and water areas that must be carried. Several fairways sloping into lakes.. Fairly crowded.
Treated Rudely
We enjoy the course even though short it has many interesting and somewhat difficult holes. On this particular day the starter made it quite clear to him that because we booked through GolfNow, we were second class citizens. Although the tee was open he stated "you booked through GolfNow so you'll have to wait until your exact tee time and not a anytime sooner" Total lack of courtesy, but we'll probably return and hopefully be greeted by a different starter.
Short But Challenging
This executive tract is a true test of golf combining some difficult par threes and fours with a few somewhat easy par threes scattered here and there, The fairways were in excellent shape and the greens though true and fast were lacking grass in places. Overall we enjoyed the facility and will return.
One of the Best in the Area
This course is a gem. The staff is friendly and helpful, the course is well maintained. With a noon Tee Time, the pace of play was perfect. Warning, the greens are really fast. Also this time of year the price isn’t what we’d hoped for.

A challenging course. 17 holes had water. You need to hit straight shots. Greens are very fast.

Hi. I suspect that the greens were cut to nothing and are being prepared for fertilizer and seed. Very difficult to put. Will be back. My favorite executive course.
Nice course
A very nice course to work on the irons game. The course is well maintained and the greens are on the fast side. The holes do require some accuracy and distance control. Lots of water and bunkers on most holes can make a challenging day. The snack shop is a great little food stop and the staff throughout the course and pro shop are great. I have played here quite a few times and the course has never been overly jammed or in disrepair. Play this one on a weekend afternoon for a hot deal and a nice irons only round.
Wife and I play here often!
Great time, was able to golf with another couple. Always a great course for a fun day of golf.
Good as always
Have played VP several times. A nice somewhat challenging Par 62 course with much water to entertain you.
