Vista Plantation Golf Course

Fun and interesting short course. Very busy with some impatient golfers. Course is an executive layout that cannot accommodate a fast pace of play. I’m not sure why some people would play this course if they didn’t appreciate this type of layout.

Green were fast and undulating with plenty of character. Some interesting and target golf holes that make it a fun place to play with my wife.

Love the course, just happens to be very wet, cart path only, greens in nice shape!

I was extremely happy with the entire course from start to finish. Excellent course to practice your irons/short game. The greens are quick, but in great shape. The staff is very friendly, and are willing to take the time to answer questions. I will be going back very soon.

I will recommend Vista Plantation to all my golf buds.....

Greens were very receptive, fast and sneaky fast sometime, but a joy to have any well struck ball stop on a dime.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Course was in good condition, however it was wet so Lift, Clean and Place might be required for your round as I had mud to clean up on a couple of dozen balls.

Not sure how they keep this track in as good a shape as they do with such a small maintenance staff. . Par 62. Greens are amazingly smooth and can be pretty quick.maybe 10 on the stimp meter today.

Nice place to play if your time is precious and you want to work on your short game.

Pointe West a private track across the street should find out how they keep the greens so nice with so little money or manpower.

Great day of golf, weather always helps. Course was in great shape in spite of recent rain. Greens were in excellent shape and fun to put. Just a great course of par 3s with 8 par 4s.

Great course to work on your short game. My wife loves this course.

Great little course to practice your short game. It is short but still a real challenge. Only one hole on the course that water doesn't come into play. Greens in great shape and staff very friendly.

This is a challenging executive course. Be prepared to lose balls, but you can buy them used at a good price in the pro shop. My wife and I have played it twice now and will be back.

It was a hot day. The course was wet due to rain in the area the last week. Pace of play was good. Staff is always good with good cleanliness procedures.

Unfortunately, it rained heavily the day we attempted to play. Not the courses fault by any means, however, they indicated I needed to contact Golf.Now to request a partial credit/refund. I have looked the website over but unfortunately I can't find a link to do that. We had a foursome but only got 7 holes in and had just started the 8th hole. It would be great to get a credit for 9 holes if at all possible.

Vista has done a great job during Covid to keep this course safe. Love playing this course especially when it is hot. It is a short, but challenging fun course!
