Visiting from out of Province, greens were in good shape, good fairways- great value for the money..only negative I had a 3 some i front of me (single) wouldn’t let me play through, a little frustrating. Great experience

Staff was excellent all around. Covid-19 being taken seriously for the safety of players. Course was a bit wet overall but nobody can beat mother nature... We will return for sure!

played the course for the first time. Lots of standing water on most of the course and as a result, could not use power carts so did not get the benefit of the golfnow pricing as we paid what we would have had we booked directly with the course. I'm expecting some compensation back from GolfNow as we did not get what we paid for as power carts were not available due to the wet course conditions.

We like this course but was too wet and grass too long. Weather related but are going to have to cut the grass in between rains.

After 9 holes we were told we had to walk the back 9. Apparently the course has a policy of no carts after a certain time however, they do not specify this on the booking page or anywhere on their website. They did not tell us when we checked in either. We paid for a cart for 18 holes and were only allowed to use it for 9. The employee who notified us said he was “just a grunt” and got upset when I asked questions about why the course is not open and transparent about their policy.

I am using this process to contact golf now regarding my unsuccessful attempt to cancel this reservation and receive appropriate credit.

The course was not allowing power carts on my arrival and in fact did not have pull carts available.

I attempted to communicate with Golf Now by using my I phone to cancel prior to the T time but was not successful. My email was not effective. I also attempted subsequently to email and "chat" with Golf Now but was not successful as a follow up to my attempt to cancel. Golf Now's communications Protocol during the current Codvirus is not to a have telephone contact with members so I was unable to communicate my cancellation.

I would ask that Golf Now consider my request for cancellation in the circumstances.

I was frustrated and disappointed not to be able to communicate with Golf Now in a timely way to effect my cancelation.

We booked through golfnow and when we arrived we were informed that no power carts were allowed because of wet conditions which I understand. The problem is that no one informed us. I am unable to walk the course so after arriving home we attempted to contact golfnow which is quite a challenge. When we finely were able to achieve that we were able to explain the situation. Surely there must be a better way to communicate to let customers know. I was not impressed. Edmonton Garrison is a nice course and we will return.

When we arrived we were advised that power carts were not allowed on the back 9. The course contacted Golfnow, but they didn't inform us. We had to walj in the back 9, will golfnow provide a credit since they faile to inform us, and we didn't receive the services that were paid for?

Golf now saw this to me as 18 holes with cart. Once I got there, which is 35 km from my house, I was told it is walking only because of all the rain day before. That is OK, however, they should have updated this on Golfnow as I purchased it two hours before the game. When I spoke to the chieck-in staff he said that’s just golf now selling whatever they feel like they don’t ask themWhich is strange as this is a product advertised by Garrison to golf now. Between the both of them they’re selling a product that is not what it is. Disappointed as I really like the scores and have played here many times last year

The course was in fair shape due to all rain from the last few days, management should not let cart on the course that day.
