About
Edmonton Garrison Memorial Golf & Curling Club is centrally located within 15 minutes of the Edmonton Area, St. Albert, Morinville, and Cardiff. It first opened as a nine-hole course in the 1950s. Since the second nine wasn't added until 1996, there is a distinct difference between the front and back nine that makes it feel like you're getting two golf courses in one. The front, the original nine, is a more traditional parkland layout while the back is a more open links nine. You'll face a different set of challenges on each. The smaller greens on the front are indicative of the time when it was built and the size will also test your shot placement skills. In contrast, Edmonton Garrison Memorial's back nine has large and undulating greens as well as more strategically placed mounding.

Prepaid for a "HOT DEALS" tee time, no carts and no pull carts. If they are not letting carts on the course, let customers know before their round!!!
Not the Best Option
Course leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering how expensive it is. Year after year the greens are in terrible shape. The course is pretty straight forward and does not present much challenge to an experienced golfer. It’s not the worst track in the world but it is severely overpriced, you can pay pretty much the same at many different courses around Edmonton that are in much better shape/layout. Driving range is fine.

Score cards
I find if you guys start just putting the score cards on the wheel would be a touch more of effort for the player. Only because you guys never have the box on #2 with cards. Others great staff great course. Thanks see you soon!

The greens are a bit burnt and choppy on some holes but the perfect conditions of the fairways makes up for it a bit. Alot of other courses are having trouble getting their greens up to snuff in Edmonton so maybe it's expected.

Course is in good shape. # 15 green has some winter kill although playable. Greens are in good condition. The only negative is that some of the rough was a little long. This is a good course to play.

Enjoyed my first round here and will definitely be back again. Staff is friendly and helpful and the course is in pretty good shape already for May. Great value for the money on Golfnow.

Good course for the average golfer
This course is very golfer friendly. Fairways present few hazards. Greens are in pretty good shape.

Very nice course close to Edmonton
Course was in great shape for a round in April in Alberta. Playing on regular greens and they were in decent shape. Once we get some more warm weather and moisture the course will be in great shape!
