Continental Country Club

While we were on a reasonable 4 hour pace and keeping up with the group ahead, the group of residents playing behind us were pushing constantly. It was clear they play the course frequently and from a forward tee. The resident group apparently coerced the ranger into telling us we needed to "pick up the pace." As mentioned above, we knew we were on a 4 hour pace and, in fact, finished right at 4 hours. I suggest remind the residents/members that non-resident play puts cash in the till and helps keep the course in business. If you don't want us "slowing play," go private!

Shot gun start at 0830! Who ever thought of this needs to be employee of the month. It's the end of July in Florida, everyone wants to play in the morning, because the heat arrives after lunch. Great day for playing golf. Golf course is in great shape.

Beautiful day! Course was in decent condition, but the greens ad a lot of sand in them. It seems like every time I play this course I get approached by the "golf police"! This time, a course monitor stopped our group after the 2-3 hole to say we had to turn in one of our carts at the turn because only two were allowed for each group. I informed him that the wonderful folks in the clubhouse had given us an extra cart because I was playing with a threesome. Because of this, I'm starting to consider not to return to this course.

We were unable to play. Had an early golf time, got up, gathered golfers, drove to course and THEN was told course is closed. NOT HAPPY We should have been notified.

Impressed with the new cart paths, and the conditions were decent, but they desperately need to mow!

The course conditions were a little rough but it’s summer time in Florida so it is to be expected but it was a lot of fun playing I’d definitely play there again

Drinking water on course was nice .and cold .

Greens were in very good shape for this time of year .

trying to bring in that summer grass... greens are very sandy, very slow. Other than that the course was fine.

Fairways are in need of water and several areas were bald, the greens were topped with sand. Hopefully, in a few more weeks they should be in good shape. Glad the hot deal was a fair price to pay.

The course has a fun and nice layout. Played the front 9 in a great peace. Made the turn and I guess some residents decided to start in 10. Wasn’t nice to us but they live there and do whatever they want. There was no one in front of them and they would not let us play through. Painfully slow waited on every shot on the back 9. It was a shame that it only takes one inconsiderate group to ruin your day. Other than that it’s a nice little course.
