It's I poor condition, tee areas are terrible.
We teed off in a 3 ball behind another 3 ball who were really slow so after a few holes we missed a hole and we never saw them again. Starters should advise letting faster players through.
Fairways are tight and very sandy, almost impossible to hit your normal fairway shot, greens are just about ok but nearly all the holes were badly cut or damaged. Some flags would not stay upright which may have contributed to the cup conditions.
Overall disappointing.
Improving
Greens nice, Tee boxes getting better, fairways very thin and many bare areas.
Course needs some repairs, but otherwise great all around experience.
Good Value
First time playing, everything went good, was on and off rain the day we played so got wet in spots. The greens were hard and fast but still held shots in well. We got hot deal for $29 a person so can't complain about much for the price. Fun course and layout would play again. What I would classify as a good value, daily, a little above average Florida course.
Condition of course has gone downhill since last year
1st time here
This was our 1st time playing this course. We’ll come back again. The fairways were cut very short but I guess that’s better than losing balls. The bunkers seem to have more mud than sand in them, yes I was in them a couple times.
We had lunch in the club house, food was good, service was slow. A lot of people were going in to get their own drinks because service wasn’t around much.
Overall good course and we will be back
Gooood and Fast
Nice and fast greens always great to putt on lightning. Goood course. Now for the flipside u never know who u r goin to b paired up w when u have only booked for 2 on this site. Well OMG ONE OF the men was horrendous and he took over a minute or more standing over his ball w club in hand Harman like me and my woman who play fast and keep it in play were dying to get this round done by the 13 th. W that said hope i never c him again as i just retired to florida. Will walk out if i cross paths again. ⛳️🌴☮️
Great improvements
Played this course a few times over the last few years. Its in a much better condition this time around. Major improvement.
Staff are extremely friendly especially the starter who was very informative and friendly.

Course clean and greens nice and true offering a speed for putting
Excellent layout...best I've played in years
A little too long for my game...I didn't play poorly but there weren't any short holes. Greens were fast but true. Better layout than any of the western PA courses that my regular group plays.
Great improvements
This course was unplayable not to long ago.
The new grounds crewxturn this course back into what it should be. It keeps getting better
