Willowbrook Golf Course

After a late week of rain followed by a ton of sun the rough was rougher than usual. Greens a little slower but still a fun round. 3 hr 30min pace

Greens looked great. Course was well maintained. Some areas under repair but overall great for price.

I really like the course, greens are outstanding, layout is challenging. The fairways are too soft and need to be cut shorter and more often. It is impossible to hit down on a fairway shot because you will chunk it with the long grass and damp ground. It’s one of my favorite courses and for the cost you just can’t beat it, just please make the fairways a little more firm. I hit down on the ball and playing there I have to sweep all my fairway shots which messes up my game. It’s so close to being perfect!

I enjoyed my 1st round playing here. Course was in good shape and had a nice layout. The greens had been recently punched but were playing pretty consistent. My only complaint is that the driving range is small and is mats only.

Wide open lovely condition great course for small cost.

I’ve played this course a few years back and it seems to have pretty substantially faded since my last time being there. I’m not one to bash a course, because having one to play is better than not having one to play, but it’s clear the effort being put into the place is lackluster at best. From tee to green, the con’s far outweigh the pro’s, and I’ll leave it at that.

Well will say have not played willowbrook in a long time.We were pleasantly impressed with the changes in the golf course. Fairways were very good along with the greens were top tier . Only got to play the back nine aerated greens on front nine. Overall these factors will keep customers coming back. Great job to all involved with these improvements.

I saw many fairways in great condition! The course had people actively working on it during my play. The pro shop attendant was very courteous! Greens were in great shape too. A little bit of puddling in a few areas but there has been a lot of rain recently.

We decided to wait till after father's day to go hiking it wouldnt be as crowded. It wasnt! Booking was easy, everything was in good condition, some puddles in the fairways bc of rain but that can't be helped. Overall course was nice. Greens were good, tee boxes were good, clubhouse was polite and professional. We got to start earlier bc of it being slow which was great. No waiting on others or anyone behind us. Good price for the course. Lots of wildlife which we love. It was very hot that day but well worth it. Thank you for maintaining the course and allowing us to have a great father/son day. Really lifted our spirits after the week we had.

I had read, with admitted skepticism, of "how great" the course is following improvements. Well, much better, still room to grow, but, it is a track that relies on the willingness of the municipality to provide the needed dollars for improvements. That said, well worth the effort! Hot deals get you going at a terrific rate and all-N-all very tuff to beat... kudos to the crew !

Course is in good shape. Ball sits up on fairway and rough is manageable. Can get pretty wet with rain, but good municipal course.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My friends and I were new to golf and genuinely trying to learn the course, and instead of showing basic patience or professionalism, the white-haired ranger called us “idiots” for taking our time. Women should not be spoken to with disrespect simply because we are beginners trying to learn a sport. The atmosphere felt hostile, humiliating, and completely unwelcoming. If this is how female customers are treated, I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive environment to learn golf.

The result of closing this course down for a major overhaul with repairs was a colossal success!! This course is in great shape, greens are in great condition and run like you would expect! The staff are quick to get you rung up and are courteous! A very different experience compared to the time the time prior to its overhaul!

I’ve played this couple the past 3 weeks,lots of interesting holes,plays kinda long which gives chance to use mid irons.I’ve played several area courses and the course is in better shape than any of them,greens are absolutely perfect!

Had a great time from the walk in to finishing my last hole. Paid for a single but got paired into a double and couldn’t have asked for a better partner. The golfers on the course were very friendly as well. Pro shop is small but has everything you could ask for and across the hall there’s a full bar with food and drinks. Driving range and a putting green. Can’t wait to book the next one.

Course in great condition and great level of challenge. Favorite course in the area.

I've played Willowbrook numerous times, and always had a good outing. The course is uncrowded by other structures; a true nature course with abundant wild birds, and a gator or two in ponds. Nicely kept greens, too. My place to play.
