Fun and Challenge course
Green were very good but rough were very dry. Fairway a little dry too which was caused by No rain in a month. Some other courses had the same problem too so I was acceptable . First time played here I will play here again next week who will know how to play this North course.
Nice day out
Golden Eagle is a great 36 hole facility. We played the North course with two friendly members and we were treated nicely.
I played from the white tees and realized after the round that driver was taken out of my bag for the par 5s etc for the 9th. So next time I may play the blues on the 5s. But look forward to going out again
Marshall nowhere to be found... super slow stopped after 9 holes
Course was relatively dry for this early season. Not bad.
Challenging course
The staff was friendly and helpful . Beautiful course with lots of water. We would definitely play this course again.
Golden Eagle Rocks!
Considering this is February and i started about 11am my third time at this course was very rewarding. Incredibly beautiful views of mountains near and far, local blueberry farm adjacent so there's not much but well kept golf course with plenty of water and wildlife to see. Blue heron, beaver, geese, mallards. Golf this course, you will probably be tempted to use the camera on your phone.Bbe respectful of the animals and birds. Greens were in very good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Beautiful long course and great greens
Worth the drive to get to paradise. Set at the edge of mountains with lots of ponds marsh and wildlife. I found over a few visits the greens kept in good shape and noticably faster than some others even in damp weather. Very reasonable fees. Dont forget to check the website for golf bonus on your (or your golf buddy's) birthday.
Spend a few dollars
Many of the sand traps haven’t seen any servicing for many years, including the large one at the joint 18th green, it could be the signature hole but it is GUR and looks horrible. A few other tips for the maintenance crew, quit pouring so much water to the course, there are several mud pits around tees and greens. And almost every garbage can was overflowing.
