Great course
I really liked the North Course. A few surprises that would have been solved with patience and checking to see what was ahead. They have an app that I didn’t download and I wish I would have. Course conditions were excellent aside from tee boxes. But I think that is common right now.

The Aquilini Group of golf courses for some reason think Bunkers don't need to be maintained. Many of the Bunkers were overgrown with GUR Signs. Is ridiculous that they do this intentionally. Fill them in or groom them. Current strategy doesn't make sense. Greens and landing parts of the Fairways are in good shape.
Some narrow fairways and interesting doglegs and carry hazards. Slope 123.
Least favorite in the area
If you're in this area... play Swan-e-set, Meadow Gardens or Pitt Meadows... all MAJOR upgrades over both the North and South courses here.
all 4 tracks above have similar green fees, but are WAY better courses, and much better amenities.
Nice Place o Play ..Bring Entertainment Coupons!
And its fairly inexpensive. If you have the entertainment book, its even cheaper and they allow you to use it on weekends and holidays. Great pace, nice and peaceful except for the shooting range.LOL. But its a great value and I come here at least 4-5 times a year.
