I love the layout of this course. I played one of my worst rounds ever on this day. I don’t think I could’ve played mini golf on this day. My playing partners were very patient with me , bless them.

In that sweet spot between summer and winter, best course on the Island for the $$

Worth the trip every time

I always enjoy playing this course. Unfortunately, the pace of play yesterday afternoon diminished our usual enjoyment.

Local golfers in Pt. Alberni should realize what a great golf course they have to play every day! Those golfers from elsewhere should.be prepared for a beautiful but challenging round - lots of hazards if you are not careful, lots of distance for the pro wannabe , super crafty greens (Pete Dye approved), very well maintained . Probably the best value by far on the Island, oops, sorry locals did I say that?

The course is in excellent shape for all the rain we have had this year. They were just completing a good cut of the fairways. The round was fast, less than three hours with no waiting. Greens were slower, and soft, but rolled true

Started with friendly reception and great greens all through 4 hour round.

Some sweet holes and a great challenge.back soon..

First time on this course. Sits in the valley so wind was an issue on few holes.

Greens were cut very short and seemed dry. Several cups were 'mounded' so ball on a direct line drifted off at the hole. Somewhat disconcerting.

Otherwise course in good shape, challenging yet forgiving.

Hi! Played April 23/2022 and course was wet/mushy but quite busy on the front nine.......we jhad a group behind us that kept giving us the stink-eye because they thought we were taking too long.....there were 4 of us and we kept up to and often had to wait for the group ahead of us! That 2 some left after 9 holes.......too bad! Then we are finished golfing at 5pm and the restaurant is closed? Why? On a Saturday and Sunday when u will likely get the most people playing/eating/drinking etc.....oh well. It was good that they had the ball washers and towels but its time to replace all of their range balls i.e. 90% of them are "water balls" from the course with some decent range balls!

A beautiful course with a good combination of par 4, par 3 and par 5 . With big contoured greens and some demanding approaches.

Beautiful setting a bit wet but quite nice for late October.

In summer months would be perfect.
