Alberni Golf Club

Always enjoy playing this course. Some parts fairly easy but some other parts quite challenging. Greens were in great shape. The fairways were a bit shaggy, and in need of a cut.

Played this course and although there were a few wet spots due to an very wet spring we enjoyed the challenge on a perfect spring day.

Course was in good shape for the time of the year, mowers were out working . A little soft in some areas , greens were in good shape. Generally course is overpriced compared to other courses on the island, unless you book through golfnow

Pleasant day, good course, friendly staff. With out wet winter the course was understandably damp. Ground crews were out cutting fairways, greens were already cut, rolled and in excellent condition, and with a few days of good weather the course will be back to its usual excellent rating. We received Excellent value. Thank you to Alberni for being part of Golf Now.

Course was very wet. Lost balls on fairways -plugged.Will be back when dry. Staff was fabulous - enjoyed food and beverages.Thanks....

Unfortunately course was extremely soggy.Made finding ball difficult and walk longer

Great value and always quiet in the afternoons. Best bar staff and friendliest on the Island. Always an enjoyable day when we get to play at Alberni and not a tough walk.

This coarse offers a verying degree of challenges and is nestled in a picturesque setting with the might Mt Arrowsmith in the back ground, absolutely beautiful

This course is in great shape, thanks to many years of drainage work and other work. Its improving every year.

even after a fair amount of rain, drainage improvements were noticed. Wouldn't have played here four years ago in the winter months. Now it is definitely playable all year around. Main other improvements too.

We enjoyed the course and were fortunate to be paired with a couple who were familiar with the course layout.

This is a gem of a course - well looked after and cared for. Staff are fantastic - and everyone including members very friendly.

This is the second or third time I played Alberni. It's a nice course that is fairly forgiving. Fairways are pretty open and relatively easy to recover from a bad shot. Lost a couple to the water, which can be challenging in some spots. Greens were in good condition considering the dry weather as were the fairways. Overall a good experience on a nice course.

Course was in good shape considering the drought. Fast greens and ball rolls forever. A few very difficult holes on the back 9.

Always enjoy playing this course. We often get to play, just the two of us as we play later in the day & it always seems to be in great shape plus a lovely course to walk. Also friendly staff.
