Willowbrook Golf Course

Played this course a couple years ago and figured I'd try again since it was a hot deal. GN has this rated 4 stars which is an absolute joke. I'd honestly give it a 2.5. Fairways are decent but could be better. Tee boxes and most greens need work. The fairways are better than a couple years ago and some of the greens are pretty good. Pace of play was great because there weren't many people. We played as a 2some and made 29 holes in just over 2.5 hours. I'd play it again if the price was right but GolfNow needs to change the rating to b more accurate. I expected it to be a lot better with a 4 star rating.

Too much debris, Fallen trees and branches to be cleared.

Let's face it Willowbrook needs work on their cart paths, bathrooms, trees and pretty much everything. The best part of why I like the place and will continue to use it is 18 holes in under 3 hours. Maybe lucky, but yesterday absolutely nothing slowed us down. Great practice and although not in great shape, for the golfer on a budget and looking for an outing with the challenge of playing golf - it was a good experience.

I have been threatening to play this course for quite some time. Finally said what the heck today and gave it a shot. Won’t be back. The design of the course is horrible, the conditions of their greens are about the same. You pay for a tee time, and if tee times are managed appropriately then pace of play is good. You are not riding the group in front of you and have minimal pressure behind you. When I checked in 30min before our tee time he handed us the keys to the cart and says when you are ready just head over to the first tee. So as people show up it’s just here’s your key go play golf with no respect for proper spacing. I will not waste my money to play here again and recommend you don’t bother.
