Gleneagle Golf Course
About
Gleneagle Golf Course in Arlington is just an hour north of Seattle. The 5,949-yard, par-70 layout may seem relatively short, but it's a course that will test your shot making skills and accuracy with strategically placed bunkers and undulating greens. The layout makes up for any lack of length in many other ways, including the treacherous rough that lines the rolling fairways. Water hazards come into play as well, but there are more on the front nine than the back. There are some challenging holes but overall, players of all skill levels will enjoy the golf course, especially with its backdrop of cedar and fir trees spread across rolling hills. With a driving range also available, Gleneagle offers one of the area's best values for the money.

all you can golf offer
This is the best deal to get on golfnow.com, with all these great prices, I can enjoy some good food also.
Excelent greens
As always, the greens here are in great condition. The rest of the course was looking somewhat poor. This does clean up later in the season, however, I played 3 courses in the area this week and the other two were in much better condition. Stick with the hot deals on golf now for the $20 range and you should get what you pay for.
Too many houses
If you are an inexperienced mediocre golfer like I am then this course is not for you. Houses line the entire course and unless you are ready to join the pro tour you are going to hit one. I average at least three per visit. You would think that people who live on a golf course would expect that their house is going to get hit and golfers would want to retrieve their balls. However there are signs everywhere warning against trespassing and about how you will be liable for damages. Hey.....you bought a house on a golf course. Overall the course itself is fine. I lost about a dozen balls mostly because of my skill level. The price was good because of the promotions on golf now.
great place
What a great time even though i had a head cold i still got to enjoy a great round the staff are just the greatest people they do all they can to make it a memorable time...thank you Gleneagle Golf course.
Glen eagle
Overall good condition course , some tee boxes needed a lot of attention as some of the fairways ,very challenging course and fun with some nice views . I'd play it again anytime
nice greens
overall course is in good shape, fairways stil a little wet and some muddy, not crowded speed of play was good
Bang for your buck
Each hole has its difficulty. Don't be surprised if you have to use a handful of balls to get through the full 18 if you have a high handicap since every hole is presented with water, trees or a combination of the two. Go in the afternoon on weekdays and $13.50 will buy you a whole round!
Great course
The course played very well. Greens were perfect. Great staff.
Superb greens
Really enjoyed this course, was glad I was paired with someone who had played here before, so I got some tips about how to play it. It is a long walk, so a cart would not have been a bad idea.
Do not play in winter
This is a terrible course to play in the summer and even worse in the winter. We lost multiple balls when hit in the fairway because they plugged or the fairway was equivalent to the second cut. I know it is cheap but you get what you pay for.
This course is fun and challenging
Fun but rather challenging course. Fairways are narrow and ample hazards everywhere. Easy to get in trouble in every hole and extremely difficult to find ball in the rough, they are tall and thick. Course is quite wet in overall and difficult to find a dry spot to hit a second shot.
Gleneagle in March
This year we have had several inches of rain so fairways are soft. But the greens are fantastic. Would be nice if bunkers were maintained better. Overall it was a great play for a great price. These guys are always running a special so watch for them.
go!
for early March and considering the amount of rain we've had the course was in very good shape. Best greens around!
well worth money spent.
the course is close and staff is friendly. need some fairway work,
A fun but tight challenging course surrounded by homes.
I really enjoyed my round. I liked the challenge of the narrow fairways and the variety of holes. The greens and bunkers were in great shape but some of the fairways were a bit rough. The course is a little tight for those prone to hooking or slicing the ball, so bring extra balls. It's somewhat hilly and the distance from green to teebox is often long, so I recommend using a power cart.
The back nine was a great challenge
Nice course and great staff. Greens are in super shape
Greens were in the best shape ever
Everything about the round was great except for hole 11 which is always a challenge. We scored the best that we have done all year and the Marshall was very helpful and brought bottled water around three times durning the round.
Greens in great shape
The course is in good shape. Greens are in great shape. Played 1 day after a lot of rain and the course held up really good. Congrats to the super. The course is 100% better than 5 years ago. Will play the course again soon.
good condition
This course had a bad rep for poor condition. Not anymore. The new crew has it in great shape. The greens were especially nice. The course can be tough if you so not play it smart as many holes are short for a driver.
Though not long, it is challenging for the layout and pin placements.
I found Gleneagle to be in pretty good condition considering the lack of rain for golf courses in general. The greens were in great condition...not fast or slow but in great condition. One compliant was that a few tee boxes needed to be moved more frequently to repair existing damage. A GREAT course for the money!
