Nestled in the quaint village of Binbrook, Southbrook Golf & Country Club has a charmingly idyllic yet convenient location that is only minutes from the QEW, the 403, and the Lincoln Alexander Parkway. The club first opened in 1969 with a nine-hole golf course, which was later expanded to 18 holes in 1972. A renovation of the golf course resulted in a redesign of five holes on the front nine and a new irrigation system. Southbrook Golf & Country Club now plays to a 6,560 yards and its new challenges demand precision and keen course strategy. The meandering Welland river snakes through the golf course as well, coming into play on 13 holes while also enhancing the natural beauty of the course.

Had a great time
I found South-brook through Golf Now and thought I would try it for a round!
My group and I had such a good time we decided to go back and play it again before the end of the season and it did not disappoint!
Course is in great shape, staff is very friendly, they are making some improvements like a new tee box on #18. South brook will definitely Be one of our goto’s next season

Course was in good shape you can see the improvement they are doing to the course to make it better. Friendly staff got put together with some members and had a fun round of golf on a beautiful day in October
Course review
The course was in pretty good condition, though some of the tee blocks were dry/hard. I'm extremely happy to see some work being done to improve the course, including several new, elevated tee blocks. The pace of play was slow(over 5 hours - walking) but we didn't mind because it was nice out and we were teamed up with ppl who were fun to be around. My only complaint is the lack of washrooms on the course. Having no washrooms on the course, especially for us female golfers, is unacceptable.

Worst Golfing experience ever!
The course was fine, but they need to have a marshall out on weekends to ensure pace of play. We got yelled at by the ladies in front of us, who weren't keeping up, complaining they were beginners and that we should go somewhere else. Then the guys behind us were yelling at us because they had been waiting all day. So upset that I couldn't play anymore and we left at the 14th hole. I do not recommend playing here. There are better options.
Course is in decent shape given the number of rounds played. Pin placement on number 18 was a bit of a joke... that is placing of said pin on slope between top & bottom tier & having a putt roll back further than where you originally started from... & I am talking @ least 8 feet of roll back.
TERRIBLE
have not played here in 3 years it has gone to terrible shape ...SHAME $38 per person REASONABLE ...then had to pay $48 for a cart .JOKE ...will not go back..

Really enjoyed the course. Good value for money some challenging holes and relatively easy to walk
Hate this course! Everything about it stinks...so don't come here (so I can have it all to myself).
