Glen Eagle Golf Club - Red/Blue
About
Glen Eagle Golf Club, which is situated just northwest of Toronto, offers 27 holes of championship golf that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Red/Blue Course features undulating fairways and large, heavily contoured greens that move fast. The Red nine is the most difficult of the three nines at the club. It demands keen course management skills and accurate tee shots. It also requires a few long drives at 3, 521 yards form the tips. The Blue nine is challenging as well, but there are birdie opportunities on the 5th and 7th since their greens aren't elevated like all of the others.

NICE COURSE BUT ...
If you like to play long holes this course is perfect for you, but that's it! Food & Beverage Cart just show up in the hole 17! The person on the pro-shop was showing a not so friendly attitude. The cart I drove was unable to go straight due to a wheel drive problem.
Glens Eagle
I play this course quite a few times a year, great track for a tune up or if you need a little confi’boost after a bad round.
They always offer some awesome coupons and the staff are some of the friendliest out there, I also appreciate how they ensure there is a regular pace of play.
Course is always in good condition, I definitely don’t think it is worth what the regular rates go for - but toss in a $20 coupon and I’m there.

Glen Eagle 2020
I’ve have played this course many time but my last experience wasn’t as good as usual due to course conditions.First the tee boxes where not where they were supposed to be based on yardage and I would log like to see more acuarate yardage sticks around the course. The greens were in poor condition.I would guess Thatis due to being in covid as like I mentioned I’ve played this course many times throughout the years and never seen the course in this condition

Glen Eagle Review
The course is in great condition and the greens are running really smoothly. This course is well laid out and each hole provides a variety of challenges that makes the game.interesting. It's a safe and good place to play.

Rained out.
I tried to call in the morning and cancel as it was raining but nobody answered the phone. I ended up going out there as I didn't want to be charged for a round i didn't play. In the end I got rained out at the 11th and was told since I passed 9 no rain check would be issued. . It was an OK course and the staff are wonderful. When it did start to rain getting to the club house was confusing. More signage would be helpful for those types of situations.all in all i would play it again if for no other reason than to finish the course and see the back nine.

Excellent condition
Pace of play was a little slow due to the foursome in front of us, other than that all things considered the course was in great shape. I still think and have said for a long time the fees are a little high in comparison to other courses of the same quality.
Great Times at Glen Eagle!
Great course, awesome staff! More course signage would have been helpful for navigation.
Fun Day
Everything was good, especially considering the virus issues, etc. Friendly staff, good course conditioning, pace of play, the cart girl arrived often enough, etc.
The only small complaint would be that on more than a few holes, we couldn't find either the 100, 150 or 200 yard markers - sometimes two would be missing. The course staff should ensure the markers are all in place.
Other than that - great.
Monotonous
Many similar holes
Bunkers not great
Slow play
Greens good large and good shape
Some speed variation different greens

A good walk in the park
The course is well routed up hills, around ponds, interesting par 3s and 5s. Conditioning is good with some rough bare patches around some greens and on some fairways. Greens were in better than average shape.
A good $50-$60 per round course.
Will play again
