About
Located just northwest of Toronto, Glen Eagle Golf Club offers three unique nines that provide three different 18-hole, championship courses. Spread across a scenic terrain of rolling hills and valleys, each course has unique vistas. The Yellow/Red golf course combines the most difficult nine with another that is considerably shorter with many opportunities for birdies. The 3,227-yard Yellow nine provides a gentle start with several short par 4s but prepare yourself for the Red, which stretches to 3,521 yards from the tips. This nine is the most difficult, demanding long drives as well as accurate tee shots. There are also large, elevated greens that are heavily contoured and surrounded by bunkers.

Worth a second look
The course is well laid out and in fairly good shape, long-ish if you walk. The greens could take a bit more care. Pace of play is an issue, lots of people on carts running around, little if any course management we were walking and directly behind the 4some in front (in carts) the entire time.
Glen Eagles
Fairways had old grass on them. Greens were a bit bumpy and no one repairs ball marks.
A great day for golf!
Although my partner & I have played Glen eagle a few times before the course conditions were the best we've ever seen. Also the pace of play was excellent as were done in 4 hours with no wait times on the tees.
Overall a very enjoyable experience!
Ridiculously slow round.
Course was not maintained well some greens very rough , fairways not cut and pace of play was so slow at one point there were 4 foursomes on one hole.
Poor maintenance
Course condition is very poor. Bunkers had not seen sand for several years. Carts were ancient and cart paths in shambles. Greens slow, but ok. Layout is ok with a couple of excellent holes. Otherwise pretty average. Pace of play was acceptable for a public course.
Decent course.
Had a lot of fun playing it. Could have a bit more attention to the halfway house options.
